Terrible. The person taking the orders always act like they can't hear you even when you scream at the mic. Pull around and they bring to you something totally different than which you order. I asked for a chocolate ice cream sundae with fudge and extra peanuts. Instead of telling you they don't have chocolate ice cream they tell you we don't have that after you get to the window and it's fixed. I refused the order. The blizzard was more on a soft serve ice cream and blended too much not like a blizzard should be. This place has gone to a mess and just needs to close. Staff is rude and cooperate needs to fix their mic at ye drive thru. read more

If I could rate this with less than 1 star, I would. We were passing through on a road trip and stopped by for a simple 3 meal order, with 2 blizzards and a shake. First we went inside to order, after waiting for no less than 15 minutes, no one would come to the counter to take our order. We know for a fact, they saw us there. They would not attend to us. There were ZERO people in line, except us (and no one was eating inside the restaurant). Even so, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to get back into our car and opted to go through the drive-through instead, thinking that's where they were focused. So, we get into the drive-through line and after waiting about 10 more minutes (again, no one in front of us), they took our order. We get up to the window and wait another 10 to 15 minutes they let us know they have no toast and it will be a multiple hour wait and to return, we ask for a change of the sides and she rudely says I don't think we can do that. They then hand us our orange cream shake that was not prepared correctly. It did not have the whipped cream and under filled the cup, closing the window before we could say anything, Then they handed us one of the meals, and it was improperly prepared. We asked for a cheeseburger plain with cheese only and they gave us one with nothing on it. We explained our issue to the lady in the window and she acted annoyed that we even said anything and demanded us to have to wait by the front. We waiting ANOTHER 10-15 minutes for the burger replacement as we are about to walk in and ask what the issue is another employee brings it out. Finally, as we drove off the we realized the burger had still had everything on it. Will never return to this poorly ran establishment. read more

This is the best Dairy Queen in West TN. I have eaten at all of them. The employees here are alway polite to welcome you as you come in the door. They take your order, prepare your food quickly (and correctly) and bring it to your table. The restaurant is always clean. These guys and gals need to train other DQ's on how it's done. We went tonight to get Blizzards for the family. We got in the drive thru line at 9:35 and sat for 10 minutes. At 9:45 the lights went out and when we drove around to the window the employees were hiding from us to avoid talking to me. We will never be back to this DQ. This is the second time this has happened and when they do take our order the employees are rude. The DQ on Highland is just as bad. DQ has lost my business in Jackson, TN. read more

My family and I have been going to this Dairy Queen for more than a decade. In the last couple of years I rarely receive what I actually order. Many of the women working there act as if they've had the worst day, so when you go up to order they seem to be in the worst mood, like you're the one ruining their day. Rarely now is my existence even acknowledged when I come up to the pay window. I am usually only greeted with a hand out waiting for the money I'm about to pay for a blizzard that is halfway finished. I know the machine might mess up sometimes, but I can't count how many times in a row I've recieved a blizzard halfway mixed with the remaining half being only vanilla ice cream. How many seconds more does it take to make sure a bluzzard is fully mixed? This just happened last night and happened the previous night with my grandad when he ordered two medium blizzards for he and my cousin. I just hope they don't spit in or put a booger in my free blizzard. read more

Every time I eat at this location, the food has been great. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The tables and floor appear clean. I've only used the women's restroom but it was clean and well stocked. I did notice a changing table sign for BOTH restrooms which is nice. 5 stars! read more

I arrived at the Dairy Queen location on Vann Drive in Jackson, TN at around 1:10 pm on August 27th. I sat in the drive through behind one patron for several minutes. When it was my turn, I waited over 5 minutes for someone to speak to me. I addressed the speaker in case their equipment wasn't working. I received no response. I pulled forward in hopes to order and pay at the window but with be so blatantly ignored at the speaker, I just decided to take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other places to go. I just went through the drive-thru of this restaurant on Vann Drive and ordered a $5 lunch deal. I drove around to pay and when I handed the guy a $20 bill, he accidentally let it blow away....I watched as it blew across the street, getting run over by two cars and blew to the other side. He said he would go see if his manager would comp my meal....the whole time thinking I actually just lost $20! He came back and said..."I'm sorry, but she said you would have to pay for the meal." What?? I said, "Oh.... no I won't!" and drove off. Thankfully I was able to go around in the other side of the road and luckily found my $20. Seriously....was it worth a $5 dollar meal to have a disgruntled customer and a bad review. Horrible customer service.
