Okay, full disclosure. I have been to this particular location for several years. The yogurt has always been good, the place is always clean and the service has been wonderful. This latest trip I kind of have to say it only hit two out of the three. I remember going several years back and the yogurt has always been delicious and tasted natural. This time not so much. I'll get into that in a moment. One of the things I like about this place is that it always looks bright and attractive when you pull up. They do a very good job of cleaning up the place when you walk inside. It feels very warm and welcoming. Plenty of spaces to sit as well as outdoor seating on hotter Days. You walk up to get your cup, they have a nice little alcove filled with the different sizes that they offer. No problem there. They definitely have an abundance of choices. I do like that. It's nice to have a lot of different flavor options, especially if you go back multiple times. This time. I opted for the banana pudding yogurt as well as the coconut. I always like putting just graham cracker crust on top as it reminds me more of coconut cream pie and banana pudding when I do that. But hey, that's just me. Your mileage may vary. Here's the issue that I have with this particular visit. Both flavors tasted very artificial. I have had banana pudding yogurt at multiple locations and it always tastes very much like fresh banana pudding. This tasted very chemically, and almost overly sweet. Now. I like sweet yogurt. Trust me but this was like way over the top. I guess I could have cut it with some plain tart yogurt but what's the point of that? I felt the same about the coconut flavor which again had a very chemical taste to it. I thought maybe my pallet had not adjusted because it had been a hot minute since I'd been there. So I continued eating but I just couldn't get away from the chemical taste. Even the graham cracker crumbs couldn't help. I will say this, the girl behind the counter was friendly, warm, inviting, and made purchasing the yogurt a joy. I know that everything has gone up in price and yoga. No exception, but I think when you start cutting the quality and flavor of the foods to opt for a less expensive brand to up the profit margin, that's where things go sideways. I think I might want to come back and try it again. Maybe it was just a fluke. I really don't know. Bottom line, the jury is still out on this one, this was one bad experience out of many good ones. Now I don't know if they have changed hands, I don't know if they decided to get a new vendor for their yogurt but something is definitely off. Who knows? Maybe I'm crazy, I would love to hear what you all have to say. read more

This place is the best!! My friend and I come here for a quick refresher or something sweet. They have delicious flavors, my favorite is Ube, Caramel, Coconut and Chocolate. Love that everything is clean including the restrooms, which is perfect when I chill there for a while. Manager is super sweet and they will give you sample cups to try flavors if you ask, since they have so many. Price is great in my opinion, my bowl cost a little over $6 for a good sized portion. This is my third time here and I will be trying their new Acai bowls next time! read more

I haven't been here in a minute! My go-to has always been Yogurtland but my boyfriend and I thought why not when we passed by here recently. I got the Plain Tart with Coconut Jelly, Strawberries, and Almonds but noticed different selections of flavors I wouldn't have noticed at Yogurtland. Been going to this place for a while with my kids. But today probably my last. The yogurt was runny, not creamy at all, more like icy, the pistachio looks bright green, and the green tea is sour, couldn't taste the green tea flavor at all. I usually love this place, but we went in around 3pm on a hot day and half of the toppings were missing or just old. As my sister said, they were missing the "holy trinity" of brownie bites, cheesecake bites, and cookie dough. We usually go to Yogurtland. In comparison it is more $$ ($.80/oz and 3 cups filled halfway was $20) and much icier - not creamy like Yogurtland. No test cups, which is def a deal breaker. Toppings not as fresh, and didn't have sliced almonds which are my favorite. They don't upkeep the machines and bathrooms as much either. This is a frozen yogurt place with more asian flavors like lychee, taro, and matcha! I really enjoyed having more asian fruits and flavors available and my favorite flavors were the lychee and pineapple ones! The matcha was nice too but the taro I felt wasn't very strong. There were a variety of options, plenty of fruits and candies available. Also they don't offer sample cups! There's plenty of parking available and lots of seating inside too! It's very clean in there, I felt like my total was a bit expensive even though I didn't add many toppings but its also been a while since I've had frozen yogurt so it might have been inflation there. I'm shocked right now. There's good froyo, and there's bad froyo, but I never thought there was such a thing as amazing froyo, you know? Most places use the same mixes as each other, so even if it's good, it's not really stand-out-from-the-crowd good. This place though...they have amazing froyo. Their lychee froyo is the best frozen yogurt I have *ever* had. Their watermelon flavor? Best watermelon froyo ever. Rinse and repeat for every flavor we got (matcha, mango, and pineapple...although the pineapple is from dole mix, so that one is the same everywhere). Their topping bar is clean and well stocked with the ripest fruit and freshest mochi and popping boba (unlike some frozen yogurt places which leave out unused toppings until they look stale and gross). All of the workers were cheerful and friendly and clearly took pride in keeping the entire store clean and welcoming. The only downside is that they don't give out sample cups, but honestly every flavor we got was so delicious that you can't go wrong. read more

We started coming here at least once a week and discovered it from going to Sam's Club in the same parking lot. We love froyo, but this place does it right and has a lot of good flavor options and variety of toppings. We really like they're fresh fruit toppings as they always seem to be ripe and tasty, especially the strawberry and the mango. They have a very delicious Espresso flavor too which is much better than the typical coffee flavor you'd get at other places. They can get a little busy in the evenings or on weekends, but they usually have 2-3 workers and the line goes pretty quick. I think it may be family owned and operated as well. read more

I tried this place for the first time and it's actually so good! I was excited to try this place because I knew it was Asian owned and had lychee since yogurtland usually doesn't have it. It did not disappoint! Really good, light, and smooth flavor. I also liked their plain tart a lot. I also tried their brown sugar milk tea and espresso which I loved!! The store was clean and organized which was great. The toppings were clean and seemed fresh. I loved their huge array! I also loved that they had longans which is my fav fruit which yogurtland never has. The only thing is that I had no idea how much it was per ounce and I wish they'd display it. After a long beach hike, friends and I were ready for dessert of some sort- but we wanted something semi healthy. After a quick yelp search, we decided on Yogurt Passion. The sign says 20 flavors, due to COVID it isn't 20 anymore. Closer to 10- which is plenty. There were choices for all. I'm dairy free- and still had options. I got watermelon and pineapple whip. So many fun toppings too- 1 friend lit up when she saw the circus animal cookies- she said she hadn't had those in ages and had to have them. I understand with COVID that they don't have the little tasters to try different flavors. I know one friend wouldn't have gotten the green tea flavor had she tried a taste. Yogurt Passion is a good option for fro-yo if you are looking for something else. They have been here for awhile and lives up to its high reviews. They usually have a lot more flavors that other places. My favorite is their Salted Caramel which I always find to be perfect in sweetness and consistency. Some of their frozen yogurt isn't the same consistency though. I do find that some of them are a little too runny but most are fine. They also have many options of topping, such as fruits, candies, cookies and sauces. Pricing is similar to most frozen yogurt places. Good alternative to other frozen yogurt places. read more

Ducked in here on the way home from the beach a few weeks ago, when for whatever reason we could not seem to find a store in a Fro-Yo franchise that is more familiar to us. If I wanted candy, I'd go to a candy store, baby. Flavors were good-- opted for something tart, something chocolatey, and something fruity; nothing disappointed me, so that's nice. My youngest's cup looked like the rainbow-colorful floor of a poorly-cleaned movie theatre, but he also seemed happy. Under normal circumstances, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating here, and parking is convenient in the huge shopping center lot with Sam's Club as an anchor tenant. Wow! Talk about a horrible experience. This place is extremely stingy. I initially asked for a sample cup so I can give my toddler to try. The employee said to have my kid eat it from the bowl, as if my kid was a dog. - No sample cups provided - They keep the napkins by the register and hand you the napkins themselves. - "No public restroom" - When selecting your toppings, one or two employees just stand there giving you the hawk eyes. My first experience was during COVID and they were super strict to the point where you couldn't grab your own cups and the employees would pour everything for you, which I didn't like so I didn't return for a long time up until today.
