A friend recommended Urban Natural to us. In need of a couch, we found the perfect size, color and…read morecomfort level in a beautiful floor model priced for their moving sale. Sales assistant was super helpful, low-key, no high-pressure. A store full of great-looking, made in US quality products. We were so glad we went. Delivery was also seamless, the two gentlemen who brought the couch were on time and careful. Overall a positive experience.

I purchased a Loloi Dominic runner from Urban Natural on November 26, 2025 for over $1,000. About…read moreeight months later, a bright pink line began appearing down the center of the rug. It originated on the underside and slowly bled through to the face. It's a manufacturing defect-: stencil/guide-line ink migration. I contacted Urban Natural on September 6, 2026, with photos. I explained clearly that the defect emerged over time. Their team said they'd review it with the workshop. Then they went silent for a month. I had to follow up on October 6 just to get an answer. Their response: denied, citing Loloi's 7-day claim window for defects. That window applies to damage visible at delivery. It cannot apply to a progressive defect that takes months to appear. A 7-day window is meaningless for a latent manufacturing flaw. I sent a detailed escalation email that same day, explaining the defect, why the 7-day policy doesn't apply, and requesting replacement or refund. Amanda responded: "Email has been received. I will send this to the appropriate parties." That was it. No substantive response. No follow-up. Nothing. This is not how a retailer should stand behind the products it sells. The rug has a known manufacturing defect. The policy they're hiding behind is being misapplied. And the communication has been dismissive at every turn. If you're considering buying a high-end rug from this store, be aware that if something goes wrong months later, you may be on your own.

I find it fitting that this store has such high reviews, and others are lower. I have gone to a few…read moreArhaus locations, but ultimately purchased my furniture here. Where the others failed, the crew from the Freehold store picked up the slack and made sure we were taken care of throughout our process and ensured we will be customers for a long time. We furnished a beach house almost entirely from Arhaus. What we bought elsewhere was still inspired by their style. We mainly worked with Jeffrey, and to a lesser extent the manager David. They were both so helpful and easy to work with. No pressure, just professional assistance. They were pleasant in providing their advice but not condescending when our ideas clashed. They locked us in the best prices as sales came up and bundled our orders to keep delivery costs and inconveniences to a minimum. I should also say they kept in contact via email and phone even after hours if we had questions. Deliveries and post sales service were both amazing. The delivery crews took their shoes off each time they crossed the threshold of the house, even after I told them that was not necessary. One of our items was damaged. We did not notice it right away. Weeks later I sent a few picture to the store and 2 days later the concierge people called me with apologies to set up a replacement. No hassle, no questions, just customer service the way it should be. Just one family's experience but I enjoyed spending money here. I felt the quality of the furniture and the quality of the customer service were on a level relative to the cost.

Arhaus says we are not covered for squeaks. They sent a technician that oiled some areas and tightened some screws. I told him it was still squeaking and he said he would put it in his report. Customer Service says it's not covered. So thousands of dollars in recliners and squeaking is Ok. Will never shop there again. Save yourself aggravation and shop elsewhere.

It's such a pleasure shopping at Brielle furniture. The personalized treatment we received from Ed…read morewas refreshing and wonderful. Ed was patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our many questions and had no problem making calls to the company to confirm information. He was on top of our order, updating us at every step. He even intercepted and took care of an issue before the furniture was delivered to me. The delivery guys were wonderful. They were pleasant and very respectful of my home and furniture. They took every precaution not to damage anything during the delivery. They even added felt to the bottoms of all my furniture to avoid scratches. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ian, You have…read morereiterated the process I explained in my initial response, so obviously I am well aware. Yes, Brielle protects itself with the dye lot comment in the contract. The problem with that is Brielle and Taylor King are the only people making any determination of difference. We are dealing with neautrals and it took me at least 20 swatches to be sure they worked together. Mine do not. Two small swatches compared to two larger chairs we ordered makes a significant difference in a room. Again, I requested a swatch from TK and just weeks later received the Chairs in a different dye lot. I was told they do not update swatches....Really, for that price range.... That is unacceptable, lazy and negligent. As I suggested, why not send a swatch from the fabric they are using..... How difficult can that be???? Shame to lose business for such a simple fix. I would have seen the difference.

Salvage Angel is filled to the brim with everything under the sun from textiles, architectural…read moreelements, mid-century bar ware, etc. Seriously- don't wear a bulky coat to this place, you won't fit down the isles! The staff is bare bones & can be very busy at times with set design folks from the entertainment industry. They don't have the capacity to respond to inquiries via social media, so an in person visit is necessary (and lots of fun!). Be patient. Just do your digging and take photos of what you are interested in with your phone. The shop operates in a brocante style (like if you've ever watched Dick & Angel shop for architectural salvage in France on "Escape to the Chateau"). You show your photos to the shop owner Carolyn at the main checkout and she comes up with a price for your selections. I know it seems weird, but when you see the shop you will understand that there is no way in h*ll they could possibly put individual prices on everything. This is not Facebook marketplace and the pricing for some items will reflect this shop's proximity to NYC. The owner's passion and commitment to recycling and repurposing just about everything from a wide variety and time periods is admirable. I was able to find a perfect match for my 1890's porch door thanks to their collection of treasures. Payment is cash or Venmo.
