The best frozen yogurt especially the Matcha Green Tea. There are also various fruits you can choose from like banana, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, blackberries etc. One thing I like the best is the Non-Fat, Splenda (no-sugar) yogurt. They also make smoothies. read more

Great tasting yogurt mixed with yummy fruit of your choice. What more could you want? My favorite is mango while my little guy prefers the vanilla yogurt plain. We've always had great service at this location. It is in heavy rotation as it is a great healthy "treat" for my 4 yr old after a trip to the mall. read more

Yummy frozen yogurt, mixed with fruits to order, just the way you like it. A lower-fat alternative to Marble Slab (which is more creamy and decadent for the damn-the-torpedoes-I-want-full-on-cholesterol crowd). What else is there to say? read more

Yes this is the best of the frozen yogurts I've tasted and this franchise has been my favorite for over 30 yrs in Calgary starting with the kiosk back then at westbrook mall sw. My favorite is Marion berry aka blackberry. Since a resent medical change made in my diet I tried their non fat diabetic frozen yogurt. .still delicious. .really couldn't tell the difference which is a very pleasant surprise! Most diabetic stuff has no after taste or is bitter. .this left me feeling like I ate something and was satisfied after! I chose strawberry and blueberry fruit. I'm hooked! So is hubby and he could have had the regular frozen yogurt! Tried gogi or goji frozen yogurt place in strip malls? Expensive serve yourself and goes by weight. The goji flavored low sugar low carb was good. .the sugarless vanilla not. Tried another frozen yogurt at sunridge movie cinema food court of a different name. No sugarless and only maybe 5 flavors. .picked raspberry cake flavour..very watered down flavor. .hardly any taste and it was also a self serve weigh one. Left me feeling like I just ate frozen ice pretty much. Yogen fruz is a winner regular frozen yogurt or fat and sugar free! 30 plus years and comes out on top by far! read more

We were four (two seniors) and went for an Avocado Wrap, an Egg Wrap, a Vegan Sandwich and, a Hummus Wrap. For beverages, we went for an Americano and a Ginger Tea with Milk. Now, unless you're alone, it won't make any sense to be here because the wraps (Avocado and Hummus) and the sandwich (Vegan) tasted very much the same. It was like the sandwich was the same as the wrap, except that the tortilla was replaced by bread. We didn't eat Egg Wrap since we're vegans but my father-in-law thought it was good. The worst experience we had was with the ginger tea. The issue was with the split milk. It might have to do with the ginger used since they showed us the milk they were using and it looked fine. The gentleman said that that's how it is and it doesn't mean the milk is bad or something. We weren't convinced - having had ginger tea every day back home. The gentleman showed his own ginger tea which he was drinking but that also had split milk and he was drinking it happily. By this time I had lost the motivation to argue and just left it there. Americano was okay. Overall, I'll give it a pass.

The afternoon tea deal also came with a snack tower, the bottom consisting of savory sandwich bites, and the top two levels with pastries and sweets. The things that stood out to me were the lemon meringue, fruit tart, and the carrot cake (the cream cheese frosting was really tasty). Overall, this was a super cute and fun thing to try. I'd definitely recommend it if you want to try little bites of various things they carry.

The condensed milk was proportioned just right so not too sweet. We also ordered a bunch of pastries and savory bites! The spinach ricotta wrap was so delicious and flaky especially when warmed! I also loved the hazelnut filled cruffin!! Definitely plan to stop by again on my back to the airport.
