Meet the Business Owner: Tracy B.
I was hooked on yoga after my very first class. It's not the same experience for everyone, but I can vividly remember it. It felt stifling hot, I couldn't do half of what the teacher was instructing us to do and I wanted to bolt out halfway through, but I stuck it out.
I remember walking home, down that same street I had walked thousands of times before, only this time the trees looked different. Everything looked brighter. More alive. More vivid. It felt like I was walking down that street for the very first time. I felt relaxed, and not in a sleepy sense, but in an "I know that everything is going to be ok" kind of way. That was huge for me.
As someone who has dealt with depression on and off for so many years, I was over the moon to find something that made me feel alive and comfortable in my own skin.
While it initially helped me with depression, I never could have imagined the profound impact yoga would have on every single area of my life.
