There are clearly lots of regulars that attend classes. Aerial Yoga isn't heated, and it was by far my favorite class. Maybe it was the novelty of it since I had never tried Aerial Yoga before, but nonetheless, I felt like a kid and was radiating a smile the entire time. Gayle was lovely. She even took some pictures of me in poses to share with my friends and family. I ended up having a private class since no one else showed up (yay me!!!). Parking available in the shopping center. Bathrooms & showers available inside. Filtered water available too- not cold, but you don't really care after you just sweated your entire body out. The staff & teachers were kind. Some made efforts to share modifications while others let people do their own thing. Some offered to do hands on adjustments (with consent), others just taught and gave praise.

You just text your server what you want and the server will get the food for you. We also got two free Legoland towels and a huge Legoland bag. So it should be perfect for son sons age of 5, but he has been to larger water parks and rode the big thrilling rides. So he had fun there, but he said it's bay ride slides haha. Then add on to that the wind chills and temperature. Our waterpark adventure ended pretty quickly. We did however make the rest of the day in the theme park end. By the way to go to the water park you need to also have tickets for the theme park as it's inside the theme park.

There was a pretty intense drop off about half way down the sand so it limited space for people to put down their stuff and lay out. I'm not sure how normal it is at this spot but there was a TON of rocks. It was way too much to be able to enter the water without having them beating your feet and ankles. My friend was bleeding after trying to check out the water. The surf was also a little intense that day so I'm wondering if that had any effect on the rock situation? This was a very clean beach with restrooms at the bottom of the ramp from the street so it did have that going for it but we decided to leave and head for a beach where we could safely go into the water that day. I'll have to come back another time to get a better idea.

After being a member for 1.5 years, I cancelled my membership, on 06/2026, primarily because of unpleasant experiences with one of the instructors that I barely took classes from. The only details that I'll share is that I talked to studio about it twice (because it happened twice). Going any further would probably just devolve into [insert adjectives + nouns here] and I'd rather evolve, elevate, and uplift. Let's get started... Unpleasant experiences are never fun, but they are always opportunities for growth. Rather than ask yourself "Why me?" ask "What am I suppose to be learning from this experience?" When I explore the latter question, what I eventually realize is that it's all a "blessing in disguise" and that "everything is perfect." So...what am I supposed to learn from all this? That you MUST believe in yourself even if no one else believes you, even if it means you have to leave EVERYTHING behind, even if it means you have to stand ALONE. The reason why I say this is because INTERNAL TRUTH will always be more valuable than (fickle) EXTERNAL ACCEPTANCE/APPROVAL/VALIDATION. The caveat to this is if you messed up and you KNOW it, then be accountable and own it. Don't lie to yourself and then begin trying to convince the world to believe your lie. The last thing I want to say is if you do decide to get into Yoga, regardless of the studio you decide to join, you're going to hear a LOT of the instructors say "set your intention" before every class. What I recommend you do is question why they're saying that at all. The reason why I suggest this is because every instructor that I've come across that says this, fails to mention that you also have to open up your heart & mind to see the "signs" that will tell you when it's finally time to move and take action. If "setting your intention" is the ONLY thing you do, you won't get you very far. You ARE going to have to work for it. It's not going to get handed to you for free (or for very little effort). So work for it because you are WORTH IT and NO ONE will EVER be able take that (your worth) away from you!!! (Fun fact: You've been "setting your intention" your entire life and you're more than likely not aware of it) "Thoughts have energy. And words have more energy. And words and actions come from thoughts. And you have to learn how control your thoughts because all those negative things you think about [insert name here], it doesn't matter if you spoke them or not. In my opinion, the best yoga studio in North County. I've tried a lot of studios over the years, but this one really stands out. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. As a complete beginner to yoga, I was a bit hesitant to dive in. I had tried other places and never felt comfortable taking a class next to more advanced yogis... However, this studio completely changed my perception of what yoga is. I've always been greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The space is clean, bright, and inviting, which immediately puts me at ease. The instructors here are fantastic. They're patient, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I can only afford one fitness membership a month so I have been looking for a place where I can do a variety of workout types to meet my needs. The teachers are incredible, the heat always feels just right, and every class leaves me feeling grounded, refreshed, and honestly just happier. I like how the schedule is set up online to preview which class will be offered that week/month. I took a Non-heated Gentle Flow class with Kelley. It was for yogis of all levels. She utilized yoga blocks and showed different various of the pose/movement depending on which level you are feeling. I liked that she showed the poses and also verbalized the movements aloud. I never felt left behind in the class. The gentle flow was relaxing and challenging. It focuses on balance (so important for all ages!) and movement for strength and flexibility. I found it to be an amazing class for sports recovery and strength training. I lift weights and often feel like my muscles are tight. This class helped with giving me relaxation as well as energy boost for the day. I recommend coming to OSide Power Yoga and trying out a class of your choosing. The first class was free.

You do have to schedule your classes in advance, but like others said, you can go on the waitlist and you usually get in. Most of the instructors have been very good and easy to understand. My only complaint/concern is I am in my 60s and the studio in Oceanside has music playing in the background. My other studio solely focused on quiet time and being in touch with your body, so it was much easier to follow the instructors and concentrate on the exercise rather than trying to listen to the instructors through music playing. That is the only thing I would like to see change, perhaps if the music could be turned way down or nonexistent, at least for the reformer one classes. Other than that, everything about the studios seems clean, organized, and I hope to be a member for many years to come!

Things to note: READ THE INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE! They have lots of helpful information posted in studio, handouts for you to take home, and a clear website to help get you started. I adore the staff here because they are honest and up front. They will work with you so you're not overcharged and are very understanding if something comes up, just talk to them! They are way more reasonable in price and flexibility than other boutique gyms I have been too. Their class schedule can get booked, but people do cancel within the last 24 hours...so the waitlist options helps. They also have options I also heard them offer an upset client to call if they have a class that was last minute wide open (which was very sweet). They also have a free intro class. Take the class and I'm sure you will be hooked.

Most students are regulars because the class is so fantastic. it is a type of yoga that uses a lot of props and there are sufficient props for everyone, as well as rope walls. The instruction is tailored to each student at all times... Throughout the entire class. You will never be left in a pose not knowing what to do. The teachers make adjustments continually for every student so that they are the most comfortable and getting the most benefit from the pose being taught. Classes infuse Philosophy, wisdom, and spirituality. prices are reasonable, amenities are available. Highly recommend it!

You can get your groceries and gas up on your way out. Instructors: I have had the pleasure of meeting a few and the staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Studio: There are 2 practice rooms with heat in both and radiate from the ceiling. There are NO fans and every class ends up being hot yoga. So if you are not up for the heat, the owner has not found a sustainable way to keep the treatment rooms a normal temperature below 90s (seriously and literally). Several complaints have been made but not yet resolved. Weights are available for sculpting classes. Sound system is good. I wish they had some singing bowls or some items for a little more classic anchor but the variety of classes are decent. I would say it's geared more towards those that are more advanced and practice several times a week. Studios are clean and tidy. Storage for your belongings are upfront with some cubbies that have locks. There is also a restroom for quick change and showering. Boutique up front, waters for purchase at $4 each. May rental at $4 each. Normal Core Power Yoga app to schedule your attendance or cancel. Online on-demand classes as well. Late cancellation Carrie's changes. Check the app. I'm glad they opened this location. We were needing a closer option in Carlsbad.

Laurie was very compassionate and supportive and helped me find postures utilizing props that were so deeply relaxing and yet offered a deep stretch as well. Ok this review is specifically for the classes included with the membership. I really enjoy…read moreMauricio's Zumba classes, but there's one ongoing issue that honestly should be addressed by the gym staff. Some members constantly save large sections of the front row for friends who don't arrive until class is about to start. Today, Friday class for example, one lady used like 8 water bottles to reserve spots for people who showed up right as class began. Meanwhile, people who actually arrived early couldn't use those spaces. It's honestly surprising to see such territorial behavior from grown women in a fitness class...embarrassing. I understand saving one spot for a friend, but this has become excessive and very territorial. The classes get packed, and some of the behavior feels less like a fitness class and more like auditions for Dancing With the Stars. We get it... everyone has their favorite spot, but don't be selfish. The class should feel welcoming and fair for everyone. I hope the gym staff will address this so all members can enjoy the classes equally. I can also see how new clients could feel discouraged from trying these classes when faced with this type of behavior.
