The first thing I noticed was that the air had a musty smell -- kind of like an old carpet -- which made the space feel a bit stuffy and dusty. It was also pretty warm inside. That said, the instructor, Amy, was lovely! The flow of the class was smooth and easy to follow, but still provided a solid workout. I really appreciated that Amy took the time to correct our form and offer hands-on guidance throughout the session. I learned a lot from the class and even picked up some great stretching techniques to use at home. My spine and back felt so relaxed afterward!

That's why I yelp, but this place has been in business for 22+ years without advertisement only by word of mouth... say what?!?! ~ Now idk if you watch the show 'Dance Moms" or something like that (its been a min), but those moms and kiddos be ... a little cray cray... I don't feel that craziness here. Kids and families here are definitely being trained well and properly, without the extra drama bs. You know why? Cause the owner (Alice) gives it to you straight, no BS included. Plus the moms here that I've met so far are really nice and the kids are really enjoying dancing. Brenda, who is one of the owners and teaches as well is a gem!!! Brenda has taught me so much about my body and just breathing really. She constantly reminds me of my body mechanics, which is so important with Pilates. I have corrected so much of my posture thru out my daily living because of Brenda. Brenda pays attention to each individual in class and teaches the class with all of us in mind for that hour. Brenda has changed my life and I am in love with her and the studio. The studio is clean, very calming , and has a very happy vibe about it. There are five reformers , so it's an intimate class, which I like. They also have two Cadillac tables that are so amazing if you ever really want to see some unique stretching techniques. Brenda was a professional ballet dancer and has a degree in kinesiology. So she actually names the muscles as she instructing us. I love that!!!! I just love this place and the fact that it changed my life when I needed it so desperately......... THANK YOU STUDIO 66!!!!! Fortunately I found Studio 66. My instructor Adri-Ann has guided my transition from Mat Pilates to using the Reformer with very easy. This studio chain could have been great, but it is so horrifically managed it is impossible to have…read moreany faith in buying a package or membership. They will advertise package "deals" right before announcing a major closure, while keeping the short expiration date of said package unchanged. Lishya, who I assume is the owner, will also give you misinformation to try and lead you to believe your package expires sooner than it actually does (presumably to try and waste your credits) Photo attached of the gaslighting, and then the magical revision when pressed... They also have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for clients, but will cancel on their end 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLASSTIME!!!! They "returned" the class credit that carries an expiration in 2 weeks, and almost every class with good instructors is booked out for those two weeks, essentially wasting the credit. I would not recommend this studio to anyone, management is just after your cash.

Even though TAG is primarily a yoga studio, their dance offerings are top-tier. The Instructor: Sarah is an incredible dancer and an even better teacher. She's super supportive and broke down the choreography so it was actually easy to follow. I never felt lost! The Space: This is easily one of the most beautiful studios I've ever stepped foot in.
