Every trainer has been different and equally attentive and beautiful including the owner Megan. I was lucky enough to be in a class with her, she covered to make sure no one missed a class. The saunas are incredible, with Infrared/weight loss/ muscle recovery options and big enough to fit 5 people...The water tower with electrolytes?! We want to purchase one for home now, the bathrooms are clean like an Alo changing room, which I use to change for the sauna each time, scheduling online is so easy and I've gotten into a real rhythm and the most important part is the workouts are life changing for my body and mind. Overall: we need more places and spaces like this off of Hwy 100. 5 stars!

Nothing too fancy but for the price it's a great deal. I also like the fact that all the other locations are included in the membership. The people working are always friendly and willing to help or answer any questions you may have. The facility is clean and every time I come it never seems overly crowded. I come here specifically for the group classes. I mainly take Yoga, Barre and Iron Bodies but have loved every other one that I have tried. I do wish they offered more classes (especially Barre) but it's a small town and limited classes are to be expected. I'm just happy I don't have to drive 30mins to workout. :-)

It is refreshing to have a studio where learning how to dance is emphasized as opposed to just…read morelearning a dance over and over to compete. Every child's progress and development is fostered. Your dancer will be inspired to do his/her personal best. All of the classes are considered important for any level a child is dancing at, and all dancers, whether on the company or not, receive the same training. We had noticed before that if you are in "recital classes" at many places that you learn very little and can only achieve significant training if you are on their company. Ballet and technique are emphasized. This studio has drop in classes as well. My daughter has progressed significantly in the past year, and she is doing things she would not have had the opportunity to do before. My son also takes some classes here to compliment his athletic endeavors and lay the foundation for dance for whatever he may choose to do in the future. Hard work, discipline and amazing teachers have made both of them more successful. Whether you are on the company or not, all are invited to attend the conventions in which we participate. The company does participate in competitions in order to have the opportunity to perform, but they are not mandatory. They also will work with individuals to clean up dances they may be doing elsewhere or to enhance their training. I am thankful that this studio opened and that we had the opportunity to be here.

Carly is also a great teacher!! I'm no Pilates aficionado, but she was able to break down moves easily, and was well organized+efficient with the class. Since there are only 2 reformers, you are able to get almost one-on-one coaching. The music and lights were a subtle but hyped vibe as well. Just a note: there's a bit of a learning curve with coordinating; since it's a trailer, it needs the space either in front of your house or in a public park (and that park needs to have approved the trailer beforehand). I would just allow ample time to coordinate her services to enjoy!
