I tried Chonburi Muay Thai and that was nearly five years ago; I have been with Bruce since! Bruce is from Thailand, raised amongst the true Muay Thai culture and he remains loyal to those roots. Class is fun, challenging, and supportive. Students are proficient at varying levels and this helps all of us to both learn and teach, simultaneously. Additionally, this fosters a cohesion with the students and the atmosphere is more familial in feel. As a female, I have always found Muay Thai to be empowering and my skills have been much improved since training with Bruce. This has fostered a confidence that is priceless. Very friendly environment and a big facility to learn in. I recommend training with Kru Bruce to any adults and children wanting to learn, from beginners to advanced practitioners! My first time there I was immediately impressed with the gym and Bruces methods of teaching a beginner like myself. Kids classes are usually held in the front half of the gym. I highly recommend bringing your little ones to learn Muay Thai, as it's not only proven to help with physical health but improves psychological well being in young children as well. Learning to have confidence and to be independent in decision making but also learning team work along the way. 10/10 will not be training anywhere else as long as CMT is here!
