The Hot Yoga Dome is a blow up portable dome that they lead you to believe is easy and fast to set…read moreup - it's not. It takes 20-30 minutes by the time you drag the 40-45lb dome to whatever room you want to set It up in, take it out, unfold it, hook everything up, blow it up, hook up the heater(s) and humidifier and then start your yoga. If you do a 60 or 90n minute class, the add'l 40-60 minute set up time is a real drag, plus it's noisy. The fan that continues to run on low to keep the dome up, is annoying. I've only used it twice, it's impractical and I want to return it, but of course my emails are now being ignored. I do NOT recommend the dome or this company.

Multi station level adjusting racks for all types of rows or pull downs as well as pull up bars. Isolation machines too. Plenty of cardio equipment & four Stair masters. Not an inch of gym space is wasted. This gym also has two training areas, one of which has TRX bands, a variety of kettlebell sets, yoga balls, and studio that are open to ALL members. On top of that, friendly staff that is constantly maintaining the gym clean and in order. Extremely helpful when the staff and management are all on the same page. They're there to help. Can't say anything negative about this place. Would highly recommend to all, especially to those new to working out.

I went here once, and I'm not planning on coming back…read more The gym itself is NICE compared to Planet Fitness. The locker rooms, the cleanliness of the gym, and the variety of machines. This gym is VERY CLEAN and organized. It's just that this gym is crowded, VERY CROWDED. When I came here, it was in the middle of the day, on a weekday (I think 1 pm on a Thursday), and nearly EVERY MACHINE was in use, even the cardio machines. Then again, this is not a 24-hour gym, and a lot of people probably get discounts here through their place of work (i.e., Well-Hub) or come here because it is within the vicinity of their job. For the price that you pay monthly, I would expect to be able to have a decent workout session and not feel rushed because other people are waiting on a machine that I am currently using.

Seeing Machu Picchu has been on my bucket list for 20+ years, but this would be a bit dear to the wallet. Then she mentioned staying there. Wait, what?!? Did that mean we'd stay at a bucket list hotel of mine? Emails were sent and Jennifer confirmed. Yes, staying at the Sanctuary Lodge was a highlight of this trip. WooHoo! So, arrangements were made, permissions asked, the passport placed on expedited renewal and the deposit placed. Subsequent payments in installments were very helpful. The itinerary is very well planned. The yoga instructor changed and ended up being Kilty who also led my buddy in Bhutan. She is very lovely inside and out and was a joy to practice with. Their partner in Peru took care of everything and more. Phenomenal hotels, fantastic food, and loads of peeks into the Peruvian culture. And you can't ask for a better guide than Miguel Pacsi. Good guides "will know when to slow down or quicken the pace as they are actively reading the client's demeanor," and Miguel did just that. He's hyper-aware of the group, observed us on a hike early in the trip and was able to make our one day hike on the Inca Trail doable within our limits. And you can tell Miguel loves his country as he happily shared his knowledge of the local culture, history, and geography.  Thanks to this trip, I've checked off two items on my bucket list and have fabulous memories that will last.

Everyone on the team made me feel welcome, as if I were part of a family. Before departing for Panama, everyone at the company replied almost immediately and thoroughly to my email messages and many questions. Everyone kept me informed and safe at all times during my travels to, from, and within Panama. The places visited and the experiences offered during this trip felt customized to my group's interests. The Travel Yogi is in a class by itself when it comes to customer service--unbelievable in the best possible way! Furthermore, the yoga instructors are highly knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly to all. Among the members of my Panama group, the amount of yoga experience greatly varied. No matter--both yoga instructors made all of us feel comfortable; inspired and encouraged everyone; and adjusted their morning and evening yoga classes according to everyone's energy levels each day.
