Appears she needs better office assistants that will inform her patients of her frequent schedule changes to prevent clients from showing up to no avail. I will be changing to Carolina Ophthalmology where a friend recently had surgery and a wonderful experience with Dr. Robert Park. Steer clear of the repeated headaches involved with Asheville Eye Associates.

The diagnosis turned out to be a common one, so you would think that office staff would have heard the term before. And because I was not an established patient, they declined to make an appointment with me. I will look for care elsewhere! By the way, I just called another practice--and they got me in right away! I will post a review for that practice after I've had my appointment next week.

Even requesting the first appointment of the day (8:30 a.m.) I discovered that Dr. Choe's nanny doesn't arrive at her home until 9 a.m. and she arrives at the office around 9:30 a.m. Additionally, the first appointment ended up being the 4th or 5th as other patients were seen before me in spite of me being there first thing in the morning. If anyone feels a bit claustrophobic, beware, as the times in those small, closed off rooms can about send one in orbit. Oh, and make sure that you specifically ask about any booked appointment.
