My wife called ahead asking if the business was in compliance with the state law about wearing face masks. We were disappointed when we arrived to find there were people in the office without facemasks. To be clear, it's not that they needed to pull down their face masks to try on glasses. They had no masks at all. The customer station were in close proximity to each other so obviously we would have been breathing the same air. Unfortunately, we did not feel safe in the enclosed area and had to leave. I let the staff know that we had to leave because we see too many people not wearing masks. We live close by so I immediately called and let them know we were contemplating rescheduling if it was their policy to be in compliance with state law. The staff member said they do not require customers to wear masks. This was disappointing as Dr Edney appeared to be a very nice doctor. Patients should not have to feel unsafe in a doctor's office, right? read more
