Jeremy spoke to my wife a few times over that time span and he mentioned they had other potential buyers and could return the deposit. So we agreed. Now they won't return our deposit. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.

I usually HATE going to new places to do sort-of-major work on my car since, well, you know... I go into the shop and first thing I get is a great greeting; unexpected, and asking what I might need. Oil change. Maybe.. Gas? "Not a problem!" and Rob (I think that was his name) grabbed my keys. At this point my day was made. Done. Smile ear to ear. Short talk - but extremely to the point and helpful. After my oil change I pulled up to the pumps and James (the guy at the counter) came out to help me! Now THATS what I call customer service! The whole process not only took less than 25min but my day was made, and it felt a little less strenuous on my well being. Car has been running smoothly ever since. Gotta say, I'm willing try any service they offer!!!
