Alison was a great instructor even when pregnant! Props to you, girl! I enjoyed the intensity level of the class. I could go at my own pace on the rower, but I was taught how to measure my progress with the split level and the power. It made it easy to follow along but still challenge myself. It was my first time using TRX bands in a class so I felt a bit clumsy with them. Alison did a great job explaining it again to me when needed. Overall great experience for my 1st class and I'll book again! Side note: I also noticed they have a small gym area available for members to get a personal workout in. Only thing I'd suggest is to have some water cups available. Unfortunately, I forgot my water bottle in the car before class and didn't see any cups available at the water station. When I told them I was in town for a few days on biz they worked out a nice daily rate deal so I could get in my training without taking a big hit on my credit card. Nice crowd here too. You can't beat the price either, even the most expensive membership is reasonable compared to some places charging over $50 per month! Give them a chance, you can't knock what you don't try!
