She then proceeded to call me multiple times even though I continued to ask for an email from her. I'm at work all day and can't receive calls. A customer's requests should be respected. I've had to block her calls. I won't be using this service. Pricing should be listed on the site. It shouldn't be this hard. I can only assume it's expensive an out of my budget.

Ken Schoenwetter was so knowledgeable and helpful, supremely patient, even when I asked my musician son to come in for a second opinion. It's clear Ken loves this instrument, too. Bought the piano on the spot and they shipped it to Iowa. Best decision ever. It's gorgeous, perfect for us, though I wouldn't be embarrassed to share it with an accomplished pianist. It's not the acoustic baby grand I thought I wanted months ago, but we could not be happier. And Ken worked with me on what I needed, not once trying to confuse me with what he thought he could sell me. If you really want a lovely acoustic piano, however, Greene has a jaw dropping selection of those, as well. It's a complete pleasure to simply walk through the showroom. San Diego, don't take what you have for granted. Greene Music is simply the best!

I should have just left it there, but I wrote back saying that it would be just be easier if someone could give me a call. No call. I wrote back again asking about one class in a particular and I also asked whether they have free trial lessons. Their response: "I am sorry but that is not the way we work. But, if you ever find a free teacher let us know." Have a look around at other language schools, dance schools, ZUMBA places, etc. many businesses will offer you a chance to test out their classes for free to get a feel for fit. And why do they do this? Because generally what they offer is excellent, so people will come back. Completely unprofessional and disinterested in obtaining new customers. Keep looking, folks!

The format is great, the instructors translate in real time our conversations in each class and send you the notes after. Also they have all been so kind. I like that it's over Zoom so I can be in the comfort of my space. It really is conversational learning but I've heard becomes more technical as you advance. I have had a hard time learning Spanish over the years, the learning apps have not been able to do the trick. I have started and stopped trying to learn Spanish for at least a dozen years with a variety of methods but it always failed for one reason or another. Some of the other online tools are good for basic comprehension, but if you want to say more than "El niño come" and "¿Dónde está el baño?" I believe you have to practice speaking with professors and fellow classmates. I have been taking both group classes and private classes for about a year and I continue to progress in my level, knowledge, and confidence. They offer both in-person (pre- and hopefully one day soon post-COVID) and online classes so you can learn Spanish from anywhere.
