Review - I planned this for my birthday and I had such a fun time. Davina really walks you through the steps in an easy to understand way and shows you how to do each step on her own canvas. It was totally fun and doable for my friends who are not generally crafting people! The studio has great decorations and ambiance, Davina gave us glasses, glow in the dark hair clip, and a hat to take home with us. The final painting is so pretty and glows in the dark. Super recommend, especially for kids, families, friends. COVID - we didn't wear masks but you could wear masks. Davina shared she is vaxxed and boosted.

For all of the parents that got notice over Christmas break that the school had closed and we had…read more10 days to find alternative placement for our children- I have to write this review. The school mismanaged their funds. They went bankrupt. They did not plan on telling the families or the kids. The pastor mentioned it at church one Sunday and a parent of an enrolled kiddo heard. He then announced it at the Christmas recital! It was a ruckus. Parents panicked, kids were confused. Teachers had no idea they were out of a job 2 weeks before Christmas. However, the headmaster there was not affiliated with the church and had a passion for education and the kiddos. A handful of parents, himself, and 3 teachers worked tirelessly to find an alternative and ended up opening a new school in the same town. It is way better than Ramona Lutheran, the kids are thriving. Ramona Lutheran dropped the ball; and for some reason, no one knows about it. The local paper even wrote an article about the school closure and in no way mentioned that it was more than just a sad accident. This school plans on re-opening. Anyone who knows what happened would NOT recommend this school. Do NOT go there. There are better options. RLCS still has photos of our kids on their yelp page!! Take them off!!!

They will take your money to add you to an imaginary waitlist, which they will then "pause" without notice and without a refund of your deposit. I paid the waitlist fee of $150 on April 6, 2022 with a projected opening spot of December 2022 for my infant. I inquired numerous times regarding my place on the waitlist, only to be given vague responses such as: 1. "We are still working our way through the waitlist" 2. "We have paused all Poway enrollment at this time, we are hoping to enroll new children very shortly into our center. I will be in touch with you soon once we start to move down the waitlist", and 3. "Once we come across your name on the waitlist and a spot becomes available I will be in touch with you immediately." It's the end of January 2023 and I have yet to hear from them. My family and I waited and waited to hear from them, and were not able asses our childcare options properly due to their lack of communication. At this point, I don't believe there is even a waitlist anymore, and i just lost $150 at no fault of our own. If I had removed myself from the waitlist I would understand not getting a refund, but that is not the case. I'm still here waiting for them to "come across my name."
