food was good , however service was abysmal. door endlessly opening and closing with delivery…read morescooter riders. staff were more worried about endless orders for them then actually serving dine in guests. our table cooker was on a timer and turned off so we couldn't even cook half our food. plates and empty dishes were not cleared away after almost begging staff to remove them so we could have our cake. they don't accept card payments. cash only or a bank transfer. what a horrible , dreadful experience

The quality of food here is excellent and they're kimchi is the best I've ever had in terms of UK Korean restaurants, the portions are big and the prices are cheap; mains are around £8-9, starters are around £5 each. The service is basic at best, the staff are efficient but not too attentive. They also do not accept card so it's cash only, which is a downside. I loved the seafood bibimbap and spicy tofu jigae, both tasted divine. Overall high quality flavorful and authentic Korean food, cheap prices, generous portions but average service.

Came here as a party of 4 and luckily had made a reservation so got a table by the window…read more For drinks got the elderflower lemonade with no ice which was a mistake as it was sickly sweet. I ended up adding fair amounts water to soften the sugary taste down a bit. However encountered better luck with the choice of our food as both starters just blew away everyone on our table. We decided to get both of the Sharing Boards and oh gosh, brilliant decision as the food was excellent! 1) Bao Bun Board: just super delicious. I liked the crispy hoisin duck more than the BBQ pulled pork, and also liked the self service aspect of this (you had to make your own Bao bun). Really appreciated that they served generous amounts of the stuffing elements for the bun and all 4 items just complemented each other. 2) Age Board: the blackened chicken and tempura cauliflower bites were amazing! As were the accompanying sauces. The duck spring rolls were okay, but definitely for our group the chicken & cauliflower won when it came to tastiness. The cauliflower bites especially just super crisp while the chicken was so moist and with just super delicious spices! We should have stopped there and ordered dessert instead next, but we didn't realize so had also ordered mains! I got the Shio Ramen; other members of our group got the Bibimbap with Shrimp; Kung Pao Chicken; and Chow Mein. Btw, if you are worried that the menu selection seems all over the place when it comes to Asian food with Japanese, Korean, Sichuan Chinese & Hong Kong being represented with the menu choices our group made, I want to reassure anyone reading this review, that the food is tightly focused and the restaurant is Pan-Asian rather than Fusion Asian cuisine, so it all tastes fairly authentic. I had a taste of the Bibimbap and it was deliciousness! I think I might have enjoyed my Shio Ramen more if I wasn't already massively full from the Entree's. However if I return back to the restaurant, I won't get this ramen menu item again - I wanted a wee bit more vegetables plus the broth was a bit too bland for my taste. I put in copious amounts of dark soy spice and chili oil to spice it up. I also don't think the taste of the semi-cured chashu pork belly as the protein in the ramen was all that great. Don't get me wrong, the pork tasted delicious, but I wanted more of the fat to be present and mix with the ramen broth and instead it was more smoky taste elements. Overall however, service was great and as mentioned previously, those two starters hit it out of the park. I'd definitely return and get those two tasting boards again! Yelp 172/ 2019

The cakes went down really well and Rebecca had such a lovely looking stand that is impossible not to draw people in. The theme was Britpop (this was in 201) so it gave Rebecca a good practice run on the red, white and blue cakes that have been the rage through this year's Jubilee events. Chitty's cupcakes are on the small side (rather than the huge original American ones) so perfectly portioned for one person. There is every flavour you can imagine and although I love vanilla and lemon ordinarily and not a big fan of chocolate, even I was tempted recently by Chitty's chocolate specials; Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Hazelnut and Malteser all went down well!

Though Domino's in the UK is quite expensive, it's not much more expensive than other pizza joints, except for Big John's, which sort of trumps all joints in the fast food category. My favourite right now is the Mexican Hot, with gorgeous green chilies, hot beef and other gooey goodnesses. Through Domino's website, you can order pizza online, pay, and have it delivered within half an hour. What a service! I'm a 21st century digital girl, and I love it. The Tamworth Domino's is located just off of the town centre, next to a solicitor's and a hotel. It's just up the street from Champagne, the Indian restaurant featured on Gordon Ramsay's "The F Word". Parking is a bit rough around here, so I wouldn't recommend driving. If you have to, there is a public car park about 5 minutes away, for £1.20. Best is to ring up for delivery or use the online service. If you do go in, the staff are fine, not particularly friendly or helpful, but then, they're mostly around the 16-year-old age range, so no fuss there. The service is fast and reliable, and I've never had a pizza turn up even a minute later than they promised.
