When I inquired about it, he told us that they serve wine at "ambient temperature," but he would mention it to management. When it's over 80 outside, you should not be serving wine at that temp. He brought another glass in a little carafe on ice to try to remedy it, which was kind. I ordered a Watermelon Mojito on happy hour, with no agave ($10). It was fine. Other drinks our group ordered were a Lagunitas IPA ($8), a Pacifico ($8), and cold glasses of champagne (I asked before ordering to be certain; $12). I will say that the wait time between the previous course and the steak was a bit long, and Liana apologized for it before we even said anything. We also shared a Red Sangria and it was DIVINE. It is clear to me that Unidos is a place full of love and passion. It's a very classy place, but in a very modern and relaxed way. It's chic, stylish, and sexy.
