These guys like the tow vehicles from apartment complex in the middle of the night and then charge you an ungodly amount of money to get your vehicle back. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex at 2:30 in the morning I was told that my parking permit was not visible turns out that fell off the rearview mirror and fell onto the Center Council of the vehicle but was still clearly visible. I have lived at this complex for over 6 months I am on the lease and my vehicle is listed on the lease as well. I went over to recover my vehicle a few hours later and I was charged damn near $500 and it must be in cash was the only payment they were willing to accept. I'm sure everybody gets a little piece of the action just be where this business engages in Shady practices.................

My mother recommended this place because they fixed he tail end recently and did a good job. Her repairs ruffly costed 1,000 but mine was over 5,000. My hole right side was damaged. Anyways, they called me when it was "ready" to pick up. Unfortunately though it wasn't done. They didn't fix the back bumper, they didn't fix the passenger window or the door handle that had a huge deep scratch in it. When I started walking around my car I noticed some new dents and scratches as well. There was a dent on the left side and my driver's side mirror has paint and scratches on it. Someone else had hit something on the left side. I told them that it wasn't finished and now there were some new marks. They apologized and blamed Geico for not giving them the "OK". I took the rental back and called Geico. They informed me that they only OK what they send them. They never got anything saying that any of that needed fixed. So I basically got the she said he said run around. I finally got my car back yesterday, it was there for a month. They didn't fix the mirror and the pant job is horrible. Bubbles everywhere and you can see where they smeared the pant next to my passenger door. I will never go there again and I would definitely never recommend it to anyone! The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the two people that are there and caught in the middle and we're kind to me. Other then that it's definitely a 1 star kinda place. I was looking for a mobile detailing service mostly just because with 3 little…read morekids and a busy schedule, it would be hard for me to drop the vehicle off at a shop, then have my wife coordinate picking me up and taking me back there when it was done. That being said, the mobile aspect of this business is very, very convenient for the modern day parent. Anyways, first time having these guys do work for me and it was on my 2013 Chevy Camaro SS. The car wasn't in bad shape to begin with, but the paint had some swirls in it and generally just looked like a vehicle where no one had ever done anything to the paint other than wash it. I wanted someone to actually clean it up and polish it so the paint would look fresh and new. J.D. came out and spent most of the day on it. I watched him from time-to-time just to see his process, and I felt very confident he knew exactly what he was going. Top it off with the fact that he has to be one of the most friendly people to talk to (and has some good opinions / points of view). Anyways, the car turned out absolutely awesome as you can see from the photos, and now I'll be looking for any excuse I can to use Grease Monkey Detailing in the near future. I'm 100% happy with the detail work done to my Camaro, and I highly, highly recommend these guys!

The first time they repaired a vehicle of mine they did an awesome job. A day or so after I picked it up, she called and stated they had over charged me by $70 some odd dollars (unknown to me) and said she was immediately going to credit my card which she did because she had quoted it for less. The fellas in the shop are equally polite, and the quality of the repairs are unparalleled. Repairing a crashed car sucks, but it is actually a pleasure speaking and dealing with them, as they are so polite and friendly it makes the experience much less painful!!! Great communicators and workmanship!!!
