Have not had any big rains this season but it seems as if the product could have been more tailored to the home. The whole experience, from total cost, total time the job took, all of Wrightways employees, as well as the product, was top notch. Upon completion of the roof, it was given a final inspection. A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company!
