I am so very grateful to have Jarret and his skills in my life, but first, let's talk about his character. Jarrett is honest as the day is long and he is the MOST intelligent young man I have ever met. He seems, almost ALL the time, to know how to fix, repair, replace ( and does so with a sensitivity to your dollar being spent) ANYTHING, and I mean anything. Afterward, I never have any trouble. If, (and it is rare) that, he does not have the answer he searches and researches the answer to locate the best fix, replace, replace. Jarret wants to please and works to do so. My father used to say that when one works in your house and cleans up after themselves, that is the mark of a good tradesman and one who cares. Jarrett always leaves the area spotless. I had to put Jarret's visit off twice because the lake flies were so thick, we couldn't open a window for even a second. Fortunately, he had some flexibility and could accomodate our schedule. He did a expert job and the windows operate like new. He also addressed an intermitent leak at our sylight. We were building/installing a new custom door and ran into trouble when we discovered that the door was warped, so we called Jarret for help. In addition to the warp, there is a difficult transition between the inside of the house and the porch that was a challenge. i.e. not a transition that a regular threshold could solve. Jarrett built a custom threshold and trimmed out the door in a way that conceals all the problems. We were impressed beyond words. Jarret is detail-oriented perfectionist. An excellent choice for complex projects. We give Jarett our highest recommendation.

The aluminum was a dark gray and peeling. They did an absolutely wonderful job removing the shakes without damage, replacing the aluminum wrapped 2 x 6 with Palight (white vinyl with wood grain) and rehanging the shakes. They took it upon themselves to provide me a satellite photo of MY HOUSE along with my personal home address. Yes, I know these things can be obtained publicly via Google Maps, Zillow, etc., but it is an invasion of privacy to use that information in an attempt to gain business. If I needed a home remodel project done, I would like to contact a business and INVITE them to provide me a quote. Send me unsolicited materials with this information using my address and photo of my house is beyond insulting and unprofessional. This so called business even provided a QR code to go to a website where all my information was also uploaded. It may be "legal" but it sure is unethical. Because of this, I will NEVER contact Ridge Top Exteriors for any home project (roofing, windows, siding, etc.). If this is how they operate to gain business, I am sure the actual work is just as shady. I mean, simply look at every negative review here. Some from the business always responds with snarky attitude because someone dared provide their honest experience. This company has terrible sales practices and customer service.
