I told the female dispatcher my new female driver was heading in the wrong direction on the 10th and she assured me things were good, and I was over an hour for my appointment because the female dispatcher doesn't know how to communicate for shit between the female driver and I. Ever since I filed a complaint about Brett Wolfe being a problem driver, and making me late 11 times and taking off without calling, claiming I'm a ncns, these people have been making things difficult for me to get to my appointments on time and I'm getting fed up with it. I'm still considered a breast cancer patient and I have other health issues, and these people are playing gawd when they don't communicate or show up on time. I've requested other ride services for my appointments through MotivCare, but I keep getting these people and I'm getting sick of dealing with the head games and drama. There's a few good people working for MTT, but I'm done tolerating the bs from the ones that are mentally immature/narcissistic. We talked to many people that have heard similar complaints to outs. They go by: Deep Creek Taxi, Garrett County Taxi, White Top Cab. They made us pay $135 to take us less than 1 mile each way- and then got offended when we asked for a receipt and threatened us to get out.
