I told…read morehim I was uncomfortable saying my debit card number out loud to him over the phone and asked if it was okay to meet him in the office to give it to him because of security problems with phone tapping and stuff. He agreed that this was okay. The next day he called and tried to cancel or bailed because he felt I "didn't trust him." He did this in the middle of the day. I told him that it had nothing to do with not trusting him and that it had to do with completely different security issues. I could tell the man thought it was stupid and didn't seem to show much respect for my privacy and security concern, but when I clarified again that it was not a trust issue with him he sent me his office address and told me to come into the office the next morning. The next morning, 32 minutes before 10am (which was when we were supposed to meet to give him my card information) I'm about ready to leave for the office to give him my card information, and he texts me (doesn't call) and says that he wont be able to meet me in the office because he has to fill in for one of his drivers. It felt a bit strange to me that he would text instead of call. So I was desperate at that point worried that I wouldn't have a reliable ride to the airport in a couple of days and I messaged him back and told him that I don't usually tell someone my debit card number over the phone but since now I'm starting to feel a bit desperate, could I just go ahead and give it to you over the phone so I can just go ahead and book a ride? The man never messaged me back. The man knew how much I needed to be at the airport and didn't seem to take my situation seriously at all. I am really glad I hadn't cancelled my Lyft ride yet. Because I was about to cancel it to get a ride with R&R instead because someone I knew had suggested him. I'm glad I am able to still get a ride with someone else outside of this business, but come on dude, I am a human. Have some respect and kindness or at least some sort of communication. Do you treat everyone this way or is it just me?? It's a bit weird that he just bailed and then made an excuse of "you don't trust me because you won't say your debit card number to me over the phone" and then bailed again so close to meeting time and made a different excuse saying "alright well, hopefully we can do business at SOME POINT." He didn't even offer to reschedule he just left me hanging and he left things up in the air and he left me wondering and feeling screwed over and like I wasn't cared for at all. I feel completely screwed over. And I don't feel like I was treated like a person should have been treated. It's not a good feeling. To bail twice like that without even offering to reschedule and also not responding to my text messages that were asking him if we could please just go ahead transfer the card information over the phone so I can book a ride so I can be sure I can get to the freaking airport to make a flight. The room was super clean. I was happy to see the fridge. The rooms also have microwaves. The tv was easy to use with the list of provided channels. I checked-in on line and the keys were ready when we arrived. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel were quiet midweek. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect temperature. I slept well and, more importantly, so did my dog. A typical hotel breakfast was served in the morning (starting at 6 a.m.). I passed on the hot offerings (eggs, potatoes and sausage) but did have a whole grain bagel. The waffles looked good. The attendant was nice. The hotel has a pool, but the water was cloudy and uninviting. The small workout center was well equipped, but smelled a bit. They could use some ventilation in these areas. I give higher points for clean comfortable room, than the amenities.

HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEE TIME!!!!!!!! They called our room last night and told us that the price…read morechanged and we were being charged 113$ because they had a deal going. We asked how much extra it was for late check out (3pm). They told us they wouldn't be charging us because it wasn't much of a difference from the original check out time. This morning they began calling the room requesting a $60 charge. I came to the front desk and paid it I figured maybe they made a mistake and they did need to charge the extra time in the room (till 3pm). At 2:45pm the cleaning lady came to the room to clean. I told her we had paid for the extra time to stay the front desk was aware. She said no that 60$ is in case of damage you will get it back. Now I'm confused because the $50 deposit I left originally was supposed to be for this. I asked her to give me a few minutes to finish packing my things. She left and came back with a front desk agent and manager threatening me to leave the room. This was such an uncomfortable situation for me. I suffer from severe anxiety and felt so attacked. Matt at the front desk was so rude to me and as soon as I mentioned I was leaving a review he changed his attitude. These people were nice to me the whole time I was there (because I look white I assume) but as soon as my friend (Latina) spoke up they changed their attitude (fucking racist!!!!!!) all of this for not giving me 15min till 3pm which they charged for. We paid for two days stay and only stayed one day and a half because we arrived late (we are driving from far). This is not our first stay here (two weeks again October 13) We have been in communication with them from the beginning and everything seemed fine until this afternoon. I'm so disappointed. I walked out with an anxiety attack almost crying. That was the experience I had.
