Came here to send my girlfriend along with her friend to get her nails done and the experience was…read moredisappointing. She knew exactly what she wanted -- an acrylic French tip full set -- and had already explained it over the phone beforehand. When she got there and repeated what she wanted, the staff acted irritated and told her she needed to "specify," even though she had already done that. Instead of trying to help or communicate professionally, they made the situation uncomfortable and dismissive. One employee also loudly rushed them while they were still choosing colors, even after telling them to take their time. No one should feel disrespected or unwelcome when they are paying for a service. Customer service here was poor and because of that they ended up leaving without getting anything done.
