There are picnic tables, a covered pavillion, disc golf course, public restrooms, with developed parking and its dog friendly. As well, river access for kayaking, fishing and water activities. We took an afternoon drive out to the park and it is definitely worth the effort and time. Legend has it, that Daniel Boone as a boy and his family first used the cave in one manner or another around 1751. There are numerous developed trails with a trailhead at the top. The walk down to the cave is pretty serious, its built wooden steps but its a serious climb down and even more so up. This is the only drawback to visiting the cave. If you are not prepared to climb back up, I didn't count them but its a couple hundred steps easily. Its an impressive build, but it is a serious climb coming back up. 4 Stars a cool historical park and worth a visit 01166

They did a search for my rack but could not find it and we agreed we would just rent a regular pedal bike. I appreciate their concern and ability to accommodate my change in bike rentals. I had a bad experience having my boat serviced. I went in saying I am afraid I didn't winterize…read moreproperly which could mean the block was cracked. Brad found the starter needed replacing. Then the fuel pump needed replacing. $2000 later they say my boat is ready. I take it on the lake only to find water mixing with the oil and blowing out all over. So cracked block after all. They should have tested for that initially. But I did go along with it all. I was just excited to think I hadn't ruined it. Also, my boat seems to not be a high priority to them. I had to keep calling back for them make any progress on it. So, if you use them for service be very involved and be careful what you approve.

White glove service compounded by the owner's interest in providing an A+ service and making sure the experience is continued on ....be it a a few $ component to thousands of dollars worth of purchase. I only hope the rest of the staff are as driven as Chris the owner .....that is a tough ask of any business. I am impressed, and hope they continue and provide loyalty and the same white glove service at all levels of employ at Trek.

While their selection was limited due to it being the off-season and changeover for next season's new models, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I learned a lot about the different styles of kayaks, paddles and personal flotation devices (PFDs). I walked away with considerable knowledge to weigh my options before making a commitment. They also offer classes and instruction on water safety and skills enhancement. Highly recommend visiting!
