The time (about 4pm when I got off work) said it was, and apparently is still open to 9. The sign on the door also says "open" in a neon lit sign. I tried the door but it was locked. I then read the door and it says "by appointment only". It doesn't say anything on their google or yelp pages about making an appointment. No personal store website. I tried calling twice to maybe make an appointment and I got the phone bot message both times. I stated my name and reason for calling and I still didn't get put through. I respect that the owner could have been in a session or all booked up for the day. But I would highly recommend putting a method of making an appointment on the google page if you don't plan on answering the phone. I really wanted to look at the selection of rocks and crystals.
