I had a confirmation text from the person who helped me showing my reserved items and left it at that. The day of the event around 11am I called the number and my phone is blocked. I then called both business numbers after that and sure enough I was blocked after all. Out of desperation I said, "screw it im calling from my wife's phone" and sure enough it worked. I didn't make a big deal because I needed the chairs and tables so I brushed it off and said I'd just never work with them in the future. They then confirmed being here by a certain time and sure enough, flaked! I called and no answer. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY BUSINESS

Then when it was a day before event, she sent me 1 portable restroom instead of 2, she insisted it was 1 but I sent her my receipt. I was told they would bring them the next day to fix error. Later they set up the canopy and because I thought it was very open from the front we called to ask her to close up a bit but she didn't really want to, she wasn't as nice as in the beginning. But she still tried to fix it up for me. Be prepared to be asked for a lot of water that just gets dumped on your concrete. Overall I thought it was ok, but I would not rent from here again.

But unfortunately the service that I received was horrible in my experience first of all the owner Jessica was super rude for example two days prior the party I had one of my family members do my photoshoot background she arrived within the time Jessica advised we can set up but as soon as my family member arrived she kept telling her you only have until this time and repeated it to her a couple times making it almost impossible to set up comfortably. The day off the venue finally was here and as the party was going one of the servers came to me telling me there wasn't anymore soft drinks for my guests keep in mind it was for 100 guests and we still had empty chairs and how is it possible there is no more soft drinks. I suggested to call the owner, that is something the venue is covering according to my contract and understanding. Last but not least the bartender they have is horrible she was very rude to grown people accusing them of giving minors alcohol drinks, when I asked for evidence I did not get a clear explanation to that issue. She couldn't be educated enough to make it clear to me. Anyone who is considering renting out this place I don't recommend it, also be careful with vendors outside of their list because I tried to get a few vendors for the quince and they quickly said they do not do business with the owner and venue since the owner Jessica is rude and unprofessional.
