We also got some round tables and chairs with a generator for the mechanical bull. They arrived the day we reserved September 5 early and called prior. They set up the bull had some issues but returned to fix it and make sure it was working and cleaned. All the tables and chairs were disinfected as well. Loved the service we received and the fact of how they reached out and had the equipment clean. I have rented chairs/ tables before and those ppl don't even bother with things. Happy I found them and if you are ever In need of rentals reach out to trejos.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!…read more GO TO TREJO PARTY RENTALS INSTEAD!!!! Leaving 1 star because I can't do no stars. This business owner is very rude. I reserved a bouncer on Thursday October 23rd for Saturday November 1st. I was required to submit a deposit of $30 to reserve it. On Monday the 27th I canceled it however the business owner has refused to issue me a refund. He told me my deposit is non refundable even though it is not specified anywhere that the deposit is "non-refundable". He is very unprofessional and rude. He offered to give me credit of $30 but I do not want to give him my business. It is not unreasonable to cancel the reservation for the bouncer 5 days in advance. He doesn't believe in customer satisfaction so I advise all to not give him your business. He couldn't accommodate an earlier delivery for me so this is the reason I had to cancel. I have attached a screenshot of part of the convo. He came off rude right away. I reserved a bouncer with Trejo Party Rentals and was very satisfied with their customer service!! It was outstanding. So I recommend you give them your business instead of Santiago's party supplies!!

I wouldn't trust this business at all!…read more Called about a week in advanced to get tables and chairs for an event and was told I'd receive them the day before or early that day. I had a confirmation text from the person who helped me showing my reserved items and left it at that. The day of the event around 11am I called the number and my phone is blocked. I then called both business numbers after that and sure enough I was blocked after all. Out of desperation I said, "screw it im calling from my wife's phone" and sure enough it worked. I didn't make a big deal because I needed the chairs and tables so I brushed it off and said I'd just never work with them in the future. They then confirmed being here by a certain time and sure enough, flaked! I called and no answer. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY BUSINESS
