ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FOR PARTIES. They were professional, sweet, and helpful. They gave me an amazing deal on tables, chairs, and the jumper. They arrived early. Allowed us to keep the stuff 24 hours. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be using them for our next event. Even just to rent a water slide on a regular Monday when it's 80 degrees out. ‍‍ read more

I couldn't of been more happy with the jumper. It was a lot bigger in person. Delivery was fast and on time. I was a little worried when I wasn't immediately asked for deposit when booking but I was completely satisfied with the service overall. We've used this company twice. The first time was to throw a block party. We rented a bounce house with water slide & table and chairs. We were very happy with the service and the quality of tables & chairs. The second time was last weekend for a memorial that afterwards the family and all of their children ended up last minute coming to our house. This company saved us by being able to accommodate us last minute with a bounce house that kept all the children entertained. Their prices are great, and they are fast to deliver and to pick up their product the next morning. I highly recommend this company. read more

You get what you pay for. I decided not to go with this company because they prefer to text and wouldnt answer my calls. They did not consistently keep in touch with me nor answer all my questions via text. I decided to go elsewhere and pay more. Them not keeping in touch and taking hours to text back made me feel like they may be unreliable. read more

We love Yum-pers Jumpers. We have rented multiple jumpers, snow cone machines and chairs from them. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They always clean the jumpers when they set them up and even helped us set up chairs. They are also very punctual and confirm your order a few days before. You can't go wrong with these guys! read more

I called to get a jumper and we live about 10 minutes out of Lancaster and they didn't want to work with me. I offered to pay the company even more then what they were asking and still nothing! I then asked if I can pick it up but they said no. What company passes on a profit or a customer who is willing to pay more then the asking price?! I'm so unhappy. read more

If I could give this place no stars that's exactly what they would receive! I rented a bounce house from them on Saturday February 3rd 2017 where all on my family and I were healthy and happy celebrating my son's 1st birthday. We had people come in from different parts of the state and out of state and all of us were healthy. After renting your guy's bounce house, which was dirty when we 1st went in it, we are now all horribly sick with the most vicious cold that we've all ever experienced. You guys need to learn to sanitize your equipment especially through cold and flu season!!! Now my one year old has been hospitalized from being so fu**ing sick! I will never rent a bounce house from you guys again! I'm starting to see why your prices are so much lower than everyone else's and I'm starting to understand why all the comments that people are posting are getting deleted because they're probably all complaints! I'm beyond dissatisfied and furious with my "experience" read more

I have been renting from them for over 1 year now, same property, same backyard. Never had an issue renting a waterslide, or just a regular jumper. Well just this morning, I texted them to rent a waterslide. Part of their reservation system, is you have to send them a picture of the space where the waterslide will go. Keep in mind, I've rented a waterslide countless times (maybe 8-10?) with the SAME EXACT picture of my backyard. Mow they are saying they can't set it up there? And when I texted them back to tell them I've been a regular customer with the same backyard, they don't even bother texting back. Very disappointed to say you lost mine and my families business. I wonder if this is someone new answering texts? I never had an issue before. Looking for a new company. read more

Yumpers helped this procrastinating mama with a last minute order, all their jumpers have a slide, this one is the small one $65. They showed up when they said, set it up and sanatized the jumper before leaving. I will Def use them again, the kids loved the bounce house. read more

Hi we ordered a jumper for our baby's 3rd birthday and the people showed up and hour and a half late. And then they couldn't fit the jumper between our car that does not operate. They told us that they were going to do another house down the street and they would be back in 30 min and so we moved our car out of the way. They did not come back ! We texted them over and over and no response! So not only did they waste our time but we had to move a car for no reason and it was a complete hassle to move it back. Completely unprofessional and rude ! Ruined our baby's birthday party ! read more
