The party supplies are marked up versions of dollar store items, and not all that great. I went to get a rental for a birthday party at the last minute as I couldn't book with anyone else.. $70 was the rate for a fairly big bounce house. The time frame I was given was 8-10am for delivery and 3pm the following day for pick up.. hmm okay, so delivery was nearly 2 hrs late and after setting this thing up it was filled with garbage (candy wrappers, lost earrings, a sh@! ton of rocks from childrens shoes, it was overall filthy!! Go figure right. Now I am going on the second day after the day the house was suppose to be picked up I can not get a hold of anyone and I am a little pissed.. I will never use them again, shady service crappy service and a whole lot of cell phone numbers that lead to voicemails or nothing at all!! I don't know how these people stay in business and I truly wish I would have read the previous review.

They only brought the chairs. They were not white which is what I ordered, 6 were broken, and they were filthy. I had to have them cleaned the morning of my wedding. Then the day of my wedding she brought the table cloths and they were filthy with big yellow stains. They were so unprofessional. I couldn't get a hold of the lady, I was passed from one phone number to another, and their response to my complaints were so unprofessional. I was beyond stressed on my wedding day and I would never use them again nor would I recommend them.

We rented a water slides/jumper for a very very expensive price. When they dropped it off right away I noticed the water slide to be very cheap when we went inside it we noticed there was a ripped piece inside the jumper where the kids where going to have a hard time getting up to reach the water slide this was the first issue we called the guy who dropped it off and he mentioned it was fine and there shouldn't be any issues. 2nd issue there was no water coming down the slide meaning the kids had a hard time sliding down I've rented water slides in the past with no issues like that what so ever, we reached out to the man who dropped it off and he was very rude in the phone when I asked I wanted a replacement he said he was not available and didn't offer a apology I asked again what can I do he said making more holes in the water hose I again said I don't feel comfortable doing that he said he would ask if someone was available to come to check on it and call me back, we'll he never called me back !!
