First I was greeted with a shout of KARINA'S in my ear. I felt like I was being rushed off of the phone with a quick answer. When the day came to receive the slide I gave them a call because the arrival time came and went. I was again greeted with the KARINA'S shout then was told I didn't have a reservation. Overall positive experience. I ordered a jumper and water slide, taco catering, tables, chairs and a canopy. It was a last minute party because I just moved to the Antelope Valley. They came through with less than a week's notice and accept credit cards. They came to set up the day before the party, due to busy weekend scheduling, which my daughter enjoyed :) ! It was fast and canopy was thoroughly secured. Jumpers were clean, no signs of wear and tear. On the day of, catering was set up clean and on time. I ordered double Carne Asada and Chicken tacos, asked for medium to spicy green and red salsa, and Horchata to drink. I wrote this review specifically to review this part. Good tacos are difficult to find. These were THEE BEST I have ever had! The salsa's were the perfect combination of spicy and flavorful. I actually asked for the recipe but apparently it's a secret :( The Horchata was also delicious, not overly sweet or watered down at all. Just great. Our guests were going back for seconds, thirds and so on. One of our guests actually booked the catering for their party on that day. I also want to add that the cooks were professional and respectful. I would definitely hire them again. The pick up was scheduled for the next morning and came when they said they would! Awful customer service. I called them to get measurements of a jumper and they never returned my call. My husband booked one and the day of our party, Karina decided to inform my husband she never booked it due to him not giving our address. We forwarded the email that gives our address and her response and never heard from them again. Thankfully my brother in law booked one with Paradise Jumpers who were great! My Family has used this business many times for table and chair rentals as well as a jumper rental so imagine my surprise when I asked a good friend for a referral for a taco person and he sent me their number. Surprised that this was part of the business I called with hesitation, however, Adam reassured me that he would take care of me. All week we looked forward to the tacos and they didn't disappoint. Our event time was 7:30pm and they arrived early to set up and start cooking the food fresh! The brought everything we needed including plates, forks, cilantro onions rice beans radishes peppers and two kinds of salsa. Pricing was very reasonable and the food was a hit with all our guest. I highly recommend trying them out. I would be surprised if you were disappointed. FYI they do have additional add on services that you can utilize as well. Very bad experience with this company. Reserved chairs, tables and a popcorn machine for a birthday party. We paid our invoice & they said we were good to go. Party day came and hours went by with no rentals. So we called & texted to see where everything was. They came 15 minutes before the party started!!!!! Good thing we called or we would have had nowhere for people to sit!! Way too stressful. We asked the workers if they could help us set up and they gave us an attitude. Popcorn machine was dirty on the bottom where the popcorn went. We have rented for many parties but this company is by far the worst customer service we've ever had. We used Karina's party rentals for our sons first birthday party last month and I've been meaning to write a review. They were very nice and easy to work with. We got tables, chairs, jumper with slide and taco catering. We were beyond happy with the quality of service and products provided for the price we paid. They delivered everything the day before the party and even cleaned the jumper after they set it up. They were right on time the day of the party. The tacos and salsas were AMAZING. I was very hesitant to pay for and book something I couldn't try first but I'm so glad we gave them a shot. All of the guests LOVED the food. My only complaint is that they ran out of carne asada. This business is unprofessional. I placed an order. I needed a change. I had to reach out over 5 times over the course of 2 weeks. Then the changes were made but a price difference was added to chair covers because I was renting less chairs than chair covers. However, my overall order was much pricier. It is unprofessional to make a price adjustment per unit without informing the customer. Then I opted to decline chair and chair cover all together so they stated they could not process my order. This company is not trustworthy and unprofessional to say the least. read more

When I first contacted them they advised me the jumper was available and they only take cash deposits. We set up for her to come pick up the cash deposit on 05/19 she never came never showed up. At first communication and booking was very fast and easy. Once I needed to make a change, communication became difficult. They were helpful in that I was able to make a change to my order (upgrade), but I had to email 5x without a response back to get confirmation of the change. I was never given the amount of the difference either. The day of the drop-off they were two hours late in setup and then came back to fix the water slide (without telling anyone they were coming back). Not only that, i was texted by the delivery person while in route of the balanced owed, and asked to pay cash. Which, the difference although not much, was more than what it should have been. The rental started 8 hours rental. I was told they would come the next day for it. Not once was I given a timeframe for pickup. They arrived at my house, (after texting me 10 mins prior to arrival) at 8:30am. In all it wasn't terrible. It was just inconvenient and disappointing; mostly the two hour late setup and no call to let me know they were late). It was 108 degrees out and the kids were waiting for some relief with the water slide ordered. We started the party two hours late and guests were waiting. read more
