We rented a water slides/jumper for a very very expensive price. When they dropped it off right away I noticed the water slide to be very cheap when we went inside it we noticed there was a ripped piece inside the jumper where the kids where going to have a hard time getting up to reach the water slide this was the first issue we called the guy who dropped it off and he mentioned it was fine and there shouldn't be any issues. 2nd issue there was no water coming down the slide meaning the kids had a hard time sliding down I've rented water slides in the past with no issues like that what so ever, we reached out to the man who dropped it off and he was very rude in the phone when I asked I wanted a replacement he said he was not available and didn't offer a apology I asked again what can I do he said making more holes in the water hose I again said I don't feel comfortable doing that he said he would ask if someone was available to come to check on it and call me back, we'll he never called me back !!
