My 3 kids been consulting with Dr. Yazdan for the 3 years. I couldn't imagine switching doctor ever! We visit her once a year and she seems to remember every detail about my kids needs and complains, as if it has been just a week. Extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. My wife and I both have used Dr. Shervin. My vision is changing and the Doc explained how and why. So much more than just an exam and script. Her explanation was very useful to me. On top of that, the office staff, Ricky and Shelly, are polite and helpful and super efficient. I misunderstood my appointment time and got there an hour early. Showed up for scheduled at appointment at 1230, they tell me they are running 30 min late. I said why didn't u call me you have my number, I got sorry. I sit outside door and wait they lady walks out twice and right by me, I come inside and say it's been 30 how much longer, she said I thought u left so we took another person. Really! Dr. Yazdan was amazing! I just got out of her office and was completely satisfied with her service and level of expertise. There were only 2 exams ahead of me but I didn't have to wait too long. Her staff was prompt and very well organized. She also prescribed me some medication for the infection I have in my right eye which no other doctor has ever done. A few years ago, I was having a lot of pain and irritation in my eyes on a daily basis. I went and saw 2 other OD's, and they both told me I had some weird condition that causes scar tissue to form on the insides of my eyelids and I'd never be able to wear contacts again. I'm a very active person, and couldn't live with that diagnosis so I went to Dr Yazdan for a 3rd opinion. She told me that it was not as bad as the others had said, and prescribed a specific type of contact that completely got rid of the issue! Now it's 3 years later and my eyes have never felt better. Had my eyes check here last September, I paid for contacts and eyeglasses fitting. Cost me around $110 something for the exam. Her staff was not very approachable and not all that friendly but Dr. Yazdan was nice and professional. I'm giving them 1 star because when I went to my appointment, I still had to wait 30 minutes to be called to get my eyes check and when she finally saw me, it was very quick unlike the other optometry places I've been to. I also felt like she did not prescribe be the right prescription because I still had really bad headaches and my vision was still blurry. At first I thought it was my wisdom teeth that was giving me the headaches but I went to my dentist and finally got them removed but my headaches was still there. I can't wear my eyeglasses and contacts because if I do I will get extreme headaches through out the day. I also check my previous prescription and I noticed that the grade of my glasses and contacts was a lot higher than what she wrote on my prescription. I called her office back and told them about my situation and one of her receptionist told me that I would have to pay again to be seen because my vision might have changed since the last time I was seen but I thought that it was unfair for them to charge me again for the test if somehow she might of wrote down the wrong prescription since I've had this problem ever before she saw me and after she seen me. Overall , I wish I would if waited to be seen by my original optometrist then rushing to be seen. This was a waste of money. I spent almost $450 for my glasses and my contacts and I can't even use them. read more

I am only giving 2 stars. Dr Yazdan is a fantastic Doctor however the office staff needs improvement. We tried calling twice on two different days Friday October 30 and again on Monday Nov 2nd to make appointments for a eye exam we were put on hold both days for almost 8 minutes on both days and eventually hung up from frustration. We called back two more times on Monday November 2nd and was able to get through to make the appointment. It was for Dr Yaz. The receptionist when making the appointment did not indicate the appointment was with a different Doctor. She should have offered what dates were available for which doctor. I understand the office is very busy however there needs to be another way so the patients are placed on hold for such a long time. Put in a system where you can leave a number and they can call back. Like I wrote not a problem with Dr Yazdan just her office staff for appointments. Thank you. read more

Gave them a call on the phone. The conversation started out very nicely the woman I talked to was very informative about the cost of the exam, which was $54 for regular eye exam and then $89 for contacts. I then asked if they accepted walk-ins, she said they were too busy to accept walk-ins at the moment, and it was better to schedule an appointment. I would have actually called back to make one because their pricing wasn't too bad and she seemed nice at first. However, the lady became terse so quickly after I told her I would give them a call back. How people quickly turn sour, I'm guessing she's not used to rejection and took it personal? Sometimes, customers want to shop for the best price... Maybe that's what makes businesses flourish with competition? So that reaction was a bit uncalled for. I hate it when people immediately assume the worst. Definitely not coming here even if they were hella cheaper than Walmart. read more

Doctor is efficient, thorough, professional and inexpensive. Usually have a bit of a wait for appointment scheduling. 5 star doctor, 3 star customer service by front desk. Somewhat rude and you will always be placed on hold when calling in. read more

Very happy with my first visit. Really nice & professional. None of the pressure tactics and upselling I am used to. That's because Dr. Yazdan works from the Costco in Temecula, does not actually sell glasses, so the price is extremely reasonable. I do recommend calling for an appt--I was able to get in the same day. It always looks so busy, but I think that's because the people sitting outside the office are just resting and not necessarily waiting. You also get a printed copy of your prescription, no mysterious handwritten thing. read more
