First time I went it was perfect Linda helped me and I love the work she did. She only trimmed and cleaned m eyebrows. Second time someone else helped me and I hated it. She didn't even take inconsideration that I had thick natural brows to begin with did let her know that only trim NOT shape. I come out wit super think browns. Very clean place! Some staff is very professional like nasim and jenny and the do very nice job! However, the rest isn't that great... specially the young 2 ladies.. they very nice but zero experience and ruined my eyebrows (not to mention the scares from the pinch) i really hope they take care of their business and train their people more than that. read more

I gave this place 3 tries. First time was decent. Next time the lady made my brows so thin and it hurt so bad. Third try today and lady could barely bend over and do my brows and they're both uneven. I had driven by this place many times but never stopped. Then I found them on Groupon, so I decided to give them a try. No appointment was necessary, in spite of what the Groupon deal said. Apparently, you can just walk in unless you want an appointment with someone specific. The salon is clean and the woman who threaded my brows did a very thorough, careful job. Overall this place was great. I went in today around 6 pm for my first time. They have a very friendly and clean environment. I don't recall the name of the woman who did my eyebrows she took her time which I loved, but she did my eyebrows way too thin !! Now I am going to have to wait and let them grow out. I already had a square type of shape and now they are thin and curvy something I dislike. If it weren't for how thin my eyebrows were done I would rate this place a 5 but unfortunately not. I went in to get them fixed and cleaned not for them to change shapes or becomes thinner when I have think hair already on my eyebrows. Very disappointed. read more
