Well, he told me none of my vents were screened, told me all the covers on my less than year old home were plastic. Fortunately I had my home inspection for my 1-yr warranty the following week so I decided to wait to see what the inspector said so I could have the builder cure anything possible. Absolutely zero evidence of anything having been in my attic, zero entry points. Inspector confirmed the covers on the vents are metal and not plastic and that every single vent is already screened. I'm not sure what the guy from A-Tex saw but I trust my inspector more. Just to be safe I had another estimate from a pest company done and they confirmed what my inspector said. Very disappointed and confused about what feels now like a scare tactic with this company. I've never experienced a critter situation before so I felt trusting but now I know to get a second opinion for stuff like this always. I'm sure they help people but my personal experience will keep me from considering them again in the future.

That's three calls too many. ~*~ If you enjoy receiving phone calls every day about a service you have already declined, this is the company for you. I reached out to four companies via Yelp for quotes for a termite inspection. 3 out of the 4 companies replied with an actual quote. Bulwark had to speak to me to give me a quote. They then proceeded to call me every day for several days, wanting to find out if I was hiring them. I had already written them declining the service and asking that they take me off their list. I just got another phone call. That's enough.

Never a contract, just treatment that works. The ant and roach treatment included followups for a period of time if needed, and I think I had them do a second application for the ants. I was surprised it was only a two-man crew for removing two medium sized oak trees, but they did it quickly. I know very little about trees but the son was nice and patient enough to walk around and point out issues with other trees that I didn't know about. When the guy they contracted out to remove the tree stumps didn't come, the son personally came out and I really appreciated how responsible that was.
