This lack of reliability made it difficult to feel that our property was a priority. Additionally, the level of care provided was minimal, limited primarily to basic mowing and blowing. When we raised concerns about our grass not growing properly, there was little to no guidance or transparency on how to improve its condition. Due to these ongoing issues, we will not be using Regan's services again, as reliability and communication are essential to us. On a positive note, we have since worked with Alex at Only Yards, and the difference has been exceptional. Their team is dependable, consistently arrives as scheduled, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to both customer service and the overall health and maintenance of our yard.

We emailed back and forth to confirm a date and time I could come back to pickup the new sheets. TBH, I was only expecting to pick up a few sheets of grass, but to my surprise and deep gratitude he was kind enough to give me a lot more sheets and again apologized for the last order. Sean and Hawaiian Turfgrass definitely understand the importance of word of mouth referrals and customer appreciation. I will definitely use their services again and refer anyone I know that needs quality grass from a company that stands behind their product. Again much Mahalos to Sean for responding so quickly, being a generous and shrewd business owner, and continuous success to you!!!!!
