I've been getting my nails done for years but this is undoubtedly my favorite nail spot in the Bay Area -- both the founder Yara and all her technicians are always so sweet. I'm someone who struggles to find nail salons who take the time to do detailed cuticle work (my nails grow out very quickly so this is a must for me). However, this is one of the few places I've been able to find that do an immaculate job prepping the nails and cutting the cuticles. The technicians always take the time to make sure every detail is perfect and my nail sets always get compliments even though I choose simple colors because they do such an amazing job. In addition, their interior is also always clean and I can tell their sanitation process is thorough. I couldn't recommend this place enough:)

If you want your nails perfect this is the spot. They really take the time to make your nails look absolutely amazing and it's well worth the price.

The work is truly on a level of its own! Alina is super sweet and humble and meticulous!! She keeps saying it's just my own nails but it's not. My nails have never looked like this, nor did I think they could. If you're debating, stop. Do it. You'll love it!! Oh and the place is pristine, love how they put so much effort in keeping it spotless.

For $144, I expected a much higher level of service. Not the best experience, and I definitely will not be returning.

I visited YARCO Studio in Los Gatos for a KART Pedicure with a Master technician. I had hoped to book with a Top Master, but none were available, so I went with the next level. The service was scheduled for almost two hours, but I was finished in nearly half the time. While I understand that dry/e-file pedicures are different from traditional spa pedicures, the experience was not relaxing or enjoyable for me. It felt very clinical, and at times uncomfortably so. The technician, I believe was Anna, came across as detached and wasn't able to explain the tools she was using when I asked. I tried to make small conversation, but she remained very stoic, which added to the discomfort. The highlight of my visit was actually the receptionist. She was warm, friendly, and provided great customer service from the moment I walked in. Based on the strong marketing and the premium pricing, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. I booked this as a birthday/anniversary treat for myself, so I was disappointed that the experience didn't meet expectations. I later received a birthday discount code by email, but I decided not to return. Interestingly, when I mentioned my experience to someone at my regular salon, they said they felt the same way... lots of advertising, but the service itself didn't live up to the hype. Although the service wasn't for me, I still tipped 20% out of respect for the work. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

3.5 stars. Amazing front desk service. I was greeted and offered a drink. I took a caramel cappuccino and the girl who checked me in was very kind. The place is clean and their tools are also very clean. Everyone there is very professional and there's lots of natural light and it's a beautiful studio. I had gotten a fantastic pedicure from Natasha 5/5 prior so I was excited to come back to get my nails done. I picked Sasha bc Natasha and everyone else was booked till next week. Sasha did not partake in small talk but did asked me about nail shape and color. They focus on your nails instead of talking with you so in that way I felt valued. I just watched a movie on my phone with my AirPods and she went to work. I know it always hurts a little when they push back your cuticles but this time it's still hurting as I'm writing this review. It hurt when I showered today and it hurts when anything touches them. My cuticles are slightly swollen from being pushed back too roughly, and most of them are painful to the touch and feel a bit raw. Where it was pushed back too roughly, is slightly more red than others. I also had to tell her the drill was getting hot on my nails, burning me as she was taking off my gel. Besides the cuticles work and removal, Sashas application was very skilled. I am very satisfied with the gel application and it is perfect to my liking. I just felt paying 100+ tip and requesting a top master, I shouldn't come home with painful/raw cuticles. Also the mani says 1 hour and 20+ minutes but I was seated around 2:10 and done paying by 3pm. Was I rushed? I will most likely still come here since the application is good and I loved the pedi but I might request a different technician next time. Hopefully the cuticles will calm down and won't get infected or further inflamed. Will update if anything gets worse.

Finally I tried Russian manicure...and wow! I a was super happy: the atmosphere, the decor, the attention to the details, unbelievable! I had my nails done with Alina, I am happy more than 100%. Now it is almost a month and my nails look amazing, cuticles are perfect. I already scheduled next visit. Honestly, finally I can tell that I never had a better manicure. Thank you! And I highly recommend this place! P.S. I posted some other review about another nail place, but honestly you cannot really compare the work. Yarco Studio is a different level (much much higher). More expensive, but the work is not comparable.

I'll never go back to any other type of nail service. I've had ingrown surgeries on both big toes and very ticklish feet. Amanda made me feel heard and welcome. She was extremely gentle and I love my pedicure! This service was Clean, I loved it.

Lana, Master Nail Stylist! What can I say but flawless nails. F L A W L E S S . I had not had a real Russian Manicure before and now I know. IYKYK. Very calm and relaxing inside, aethestics are great. Small quiet chitchat in English and Russian. I've been here twice now.And I can say their expertise definitely is in the manicure with gel over natural nails. Think clean girl aesthetic meets old money. Booking my full pedicure for a couple of weeks out, after my family goes hiking and camping. Decided to check this studio out after hearing a bit about it. First visit, and it went better than expected. I booked online, which was simple enough. When I got there, the staff greeted me right away and were genuinely nice. I ended up chatting a bit with one of them while waiting, which made it feel less like a "get in, get out" kind of place. Also, they offer coffee during appointments - kind of a random perk, but it actually made the wait feel more chill. The space is clean and has a calm vibe to it, which I appreciated. I'd definitely go back.

The salon is spacious, modern and super CLEAN! I always get my nails done with Top Master Sasha. She is very professional, fast and polite. If you have high standards - she is the master for you!

I am writing a review 2 weeks after the manicure, because in my opinion this is the best indicator. Often, when I leave the master, I like everything, but after a week the gel polish flies off, and the manicure does not look so good... But not after this salon! Master Alina is so thorough and meticulous about her work, she is a real perfectionist. I was very surprised how clean and perfect a manicure can be! Now, after some time, my hands look great. I would also like to note the service in the salon. Administrator Anna is very attentive and I felt that they were taking care of me. It was very nice! I recommend!

I was invited in by the owner for a second shot at the studio after she saw my initial review. I now have tried it a 3rd time and have concluded my thoughts. Since the first time I got two French Pedi's with Irina. YARCO is 10/10 for cleanliness. I saw how well they cleaned after each client and disinfected everything. Irina is absolutely amazing. Never drills too much and is very conscious of my damaged nail plate. I have absolutely loved the past two experiences at YARCO after the not so good one the first time. Customer service is 10/10 and if the owner had not reached out to me to try it again I would not have. But since they allowed me to have a second chance they now have a long term customer with me. I highly recommend this place now and have referred friends and family to come. A great addition to Los Gatos thank you YARCO. read more

SALON - Quiet, clean and simple. Complimentary beverages and not crowded. It's in a nice plaza that has a Starbucks, Safeway and what looks like a Med Spa. SERVICE - I got a KART Pedicure with Anna. My feet badly needed some TLC. She delivered just that without making me feel embarrassed or shamed. She was nice enough to guide me through her step by step and even showed me my dead skin (which I loved lol) The before and after was dramatically different. She suggested I do 2-3 more KART pedicure so she can get rid of my calluses fully. I'm on board after seeing my results today. PRODUCTS - I wish there was more for regular polish. However I did like the ZOYA selection. I purchased a mini KART dry and texture cream that she suggested as it would help with my dry feet. The cream is thick and I have hope as the KART pedi was so good! PRICING - Although this was a big splurge, I needed it. I would do the next 2-3 KART pedicures as mentioned and switch to a regular one. Cuticle work is amazing. $120 for KART pedi and $21 for the mini cream. Would come back again and I highly recommend Anna! read more

First time getting a russian manicure and pedicure. Not the worst experience, but not the best. It is a very well kept space and clean. My service could have been better. The ladies knew it was my first time and I felt my color selection was rushed as well as figuring out nail shape and design. My pedicure technician left some streaky areas on my big toes, which was redone the next day during my gel manicure and extension service. But her overall service was good. For my gel manicure, the gel builder was done well and filed down nicely, but my technician literally GLOPPED one coat on and her technique led to more bulk than needed. It would have been better to just apply 2 consecutive coats than her method. The result felt like clunkier acrylics. My technician ended the service 20 minutes over the expected length of service, so I was peeved about that, too. She seemed more green in experience. Would I go back? Eh. Spent a good amount of money and time and expected better. Will try to schedule time with some of the higher rated techs in the comments here next time and remain hopeful! I needed my nails done for an upcoming wedding I was attending. Also, my cuticles on my hands are a wreck. read more

Best pedicure ever! Thank you Natasha! This was my first time getting a Russian pedicure and the technique is so meticulous. I ordered the KART pedicure w the callus remover that was sloughed off w a cleaver and drill, my feet are so silky and smooth. Everything is brand new and sterile, and the chair is super comfortable and raised, feels like a spa treatment. read more

I just spent collectively, over $100 trying to maintain a basic nail job at 2 weeks 3 nails fell off and at 3 weeks I paid to fix them. Only for a different nail to break a day later. Literally falling off, not even breaking. My old nail girl was so much better. Her sets lasted 4 weeks. If she hadn't moved I'd still be there.

At the end the acrylic was still on my nails - I mentioned it to her and she went over two of them with her drill real quick then said done. They were not done.
