They definitely seem to have a wider selection than the big box stores which we appreciate. We were told this location has been open about 6 years. Our floors turned out great, but it was kind of a mixed bag of an experience…read more THE GOOD: The flooring selection process: Cory was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed at the show room in under 30 mins. The measure: the turnaround time between my show room visit and the in-home measure was extremely fast. Jason also sent us the quote really quickly. The installation: we got both carpet and hard flooring. Brian (hard floors) gets a 5 star. Work quality was amazing, and he meticulously cleaned up after himself every day so there wasn't a speckle of dust left behind the whole time he was here. He got the work done faster than anticipated and instead of cutting out early every day, he just kept going. Steve (carpet) was also great. He found a defect in our carpet and could've taken the easy route and installed it without saying anything, but he made sure we knew about it and had a say in the matter. Once the new carpet arrived, he got the work done really quickly. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: The scheduling: we were scheduled for demolition the day after thanksgiving but had a no-call no-show. We couldn't get that resolved for a few days because they were closed longer than usual due to the holiday. It would've helped if someone called to confirm the appointment before everyone went out of office. No explanation was given, so no idea what happened. The demolition: Jason rescheduled the demo asap, but the crew didn't vacuum or do any meaningful cleanup. In fact, the installers were surprised at the mess they left behind. Also, we were supposed to paint our floors with Kilz in between the demo and installation but the demo guys already put down carpet tacks, so we had to spend time removing those ourselves so that we can paint. There were lots of loose nails and debris on the floor from the demo so it was not an easy job. The lack of attention to details caused some non-value-add work for everyone. The flooring: it doesn't seem like Full Circle does a QA check on their materials before sending it out to the work site. We were surprised that no one caught the defect in our carpet until Steve was about to install it. This caused a delay in our timeline, which is a pretty big inconvenience when you have to temporarily vacate your home to accommodate the demo/installation. We had other contractors lined up, which also had to be rescheduled. Also, the spare nosing they ordered for Brian was broken. Thankfully, he was meticulous enough that he didn't need them, but there was no margin for error. Imagine the added delay if that wasn't the case... In the end, our floors did end up looking really great so Full Circle gets a 4 star. The hassle we experienced might cause us to consider other contractors in the future, though.

All that aside these guys are AWESOME! I just bought a 1953 old fixer-upper in Reno and wasn't really sure where to start so I came in with a floor sample I liked from Home Depot and went from there. I had cabinets, new flooring and countertops picked out within an hour. None of the colors or material was what I originally had imagined but everything we put beside each other worked so well together my mind was set. While I met with Phil at the house to do the measurements I find out he's the real deal General Contractor so I'm like coolness can you tear down this wall and gut the bathroom and the list kept going, his answer to all was yes! Ok I'm from the Silicon Valley and work in commercial construction and never once have a gotten the "this guy is bullshitting or shady" vibe. They are simply a LEGIT one stop shop for all your renovation needs and above all their prices are cheaper than the box stores in the long run and everything is custom for you. They are patient and flexible with me while I change my mind a couple times (obviously my indecision's are before it's manufactured) and they find specific things I have my heart set on, like a "fancy" sink lol. I'll update my review after everything is done but honestly I have no reservations about going in to this project with them. So confident I'm getting the best service and quality I didn't even have to negotiate or barter.

We were helped by Dannielle who was absolutely wonderful! She has so much knowledge about different products and projects and she showed us different options at different price points. In follow up emails and phone calls she was super accessible and very responsive. The cabinets arrived in the window that Dannielle had promised and they are sturdy and great quality. When we had an issue where one cabinet door arrived with a small split in the wood, Dannielle ordered us a new one right away, free of charge. I would use them again!
