I had the…read moreworst experience as they never enforced the tenant to put utilities in their names from day 1, kept late fees when the tenant was late on rent on more than one occasion, did not enforce the 1 dog stipulation in the contract (the tenant had 2), did not do a thorough walkthrough when the tenant moved out (thereby not seeing all the damages that the dogs had done, and used the security deposit to repay the 5 months of overdue utility bills owed (money which should have gone towards the property damages). I would definitely not recommend this company.

Heather and her team did an outstanding job designing and building a brand-new Bimini top for our boat. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional--the fit is absolutely perfect, the materials are top quality, and the finished product looks like it came straight from the factory. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. Heather was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and somehow completed the project in record time without sacrificing quality. It's rare these days to find a company that combines outstanding craftsmanship, excellent communication, fair pricing, and lightning-fast turnaround, but Tahoe Canvas does exactly that. We couldn't be happier with the result and will absolutely use them again for any future canvas / upholstery work. Five stars isn't enough. Thank you, Heather and the entire Tahoe Canvas team, for exceeding our expectations!

For anyone that has dealt with trying to line up work in Tahoe and the lack of individuals who don't call back, don't do a quality job etc.-this is NOT the case with Tim and Jeff. Tim calls back and/or emails promptly, and they show up when they say they will and get the job done when they say they will get the job done, which has been exceedingly hard to find this type of reliability and dependability in the area. They are extremely kind, efficient, and do exceedingly great work! I simply cannot describe the amount of gratitude I feel nor can I find adequate words to describe how truly wonderful the Waters Brothers are in every aspect! They are without a doubt a diamond in the rubble and I'm so thankful I found them for our garage remodel project!

We decided to replace our kitchen and bathroom counters with stone. We selected AJ Marble & Granite…read moreand met with Andrea at his showroom. The selection was extensive. The slabs were set on their sides making viewing easier. Andrea answered questions such as pros and cons of various kinds of stone, price per slab and how long a job should typically take. We selected a granite, styled as " leather", with an off white background showing many other trace colores and inclusions. Once that selection was made, Andrea arranged for a site visit resulting in complete plans used to cut the stone. Andrea's installer, Lorenzo, began removing the old counters, plumbing and installing plywood to support the added weight. He then began installing all the stone. He also installed all the sinks, faucets as well as electrical and plumbing hookups. This all was a big job and done with remarkable craftsmanship and care. The result is stunning! So much so that the drawers and cabinets doors looked sad in comparison. We worked with Lorenzo to design a solution, and what he came up with was spectacular. Lorenzo is amazing! Bottom line is that Andrea and Lorenzo make a great team. We are most pleased with the result!

Unfortunately, my experience with this company eventually became a serious financial dispute. We…read morepurchased materials for a home renovation project but canceled the project shortly afterward. Andrea Bolcato agreed to reimburse us and initially returned only a small portion of what had been paid. Over the following months, despite repeated requests for the remaining refund, there were continuing delays and explanations, and eventually communication stopped altogether. By that time we had relocated out of state, so I continued trying to resolve the matter in writing. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's office, but the matter still was not resolved. After more than a year of attempts to resolve it privately, I ultimately filed a civil lawsuit. Even service of the lawsuit became difficult. According to the filed process server's report, when the server attempted service at the business, Andrea initially denied that he was Andrea Bolcato. After the server stated that he resembled Andrea Bolcato's Facebook photo and showed him the body camera being used to document the encounter, he then confirmed that he was Andrea Bolcato and accepted the documents. The civil matter is currently ongoing, so I am not commenting here on what the court will ultimately decide. I am sharing my experience as a customer and the extraordinary difficulty I encountered trying to obtain the refund that had been agreed upon.

The worst part of my interaction was that it would take her 2-4 days to return any messages or calls I left with her. Every time. How can you do business like that? It was like this was her part time job and secondary to anything else she has going. I thought it would help that she was the listing agent for the property I purchased so I chose her but she didn't really help me out with negotiations or property insights. After the sale there was no follow up or congratulations. There was zero appreciation that I chose her to represent me and I could have chosen anyone. I don't like realtors who do the bare minimum- basically just the essential paperwork. Can't recommend her

Besides being unable to complete the majority of the work our contract was for, Fred failed to level out the floor before laying tile, which caused all the grout to immediately come out. The tiles had a lot of lippage and movement, and some were chipped and cracked. The same goes for the wooden flooring he laid. All of the boards have significant give, cracking, and cupping, so all of the engineered wood also had to be demolished and relaid properly. Fred also collected $3000 prior to starting work, which is illegal. GCs are not allowed to collect more than 10% or $1000, whichever is less, by law. He stopped responding and refused to refund us for the work that was not completed or provide any receipts for the materials he claimed to have bought outside of the contracted cost.
