I haven't been here in years. I came to see the Yankees vs the Cubs. The initial line to get inside was insanely long but it moved very quickly to my surprise. I take it that they have everything in order for that to move so quickly. The stadium is clean and so are the bathrooms. Its pretty easy to get around. I didn't wait online for any drinks or food. I knew it would be very expensive but that's to be expected. Over all I had a great time at the iconic stadium and will go again next year. read more

Yankee Stadium is one of the baseball stadiums you just have to visit if you are NY. They offer tours there but Ive been there for a few baseball games. Getting into the stadium is easy just pick one of the 8 gates and they move pretty quickly. The atmosphere is so lively during the games and they make it entertaining even if youre not an actual baseball fan. There are a lot of food options and some of them you can even order Uber eats to your seat which is cool. Lots of bathrooms and they are kept clean. It's close enough to the subway that you can get down there easily and not have to worry about parking. read more

This is my first time at Yankee Stadium. My husband and I were able to go as I had won some tickets from my job to attend the game. We got some really good seats behind third base. We were so excited we got a couple of items to eat. One of the items we got was a rainbow milkshake, which was very big and delicious to taste. The lines here are very long, but we were able to order some online ahead of time and we're just able to go pick it up without having to worry about waiting in line for too long. read more

If the Yankees are your team, you have to go to a game at Yankee Stadium. Seeing a game here is 5 stars experience. The view, the history, is absolutely unmatched. Be sure to get here early to see the museum, walk around and take it all in. Check the Monument Park viewing because its limited. Absolutely worth altering your arrival to experience. That is all 5 stars! The rest is 1-2 stars at best, which is why only 3 star rating. I am a lifelong Yankee fan. I have been fortunate to come to the stadium to see a game every year for the past 20 years plus. The price gouging is beyond insane. And the food is nothing even remotely good. So I hold to my original review Which states: have a few drinks and good food before you get in here. Because at $20 a beer $10 for a hotdog that's fairly warm with a stale bun, popcorn, ice cream for $8+, it's just not worth it. You don't really wanna be walking around the Bronx if you don't know the area. However up-and-down River Street there's a lot of bars, souvenir shops and little street food vendors that I guarantee you are better than anything you're getting in the stadium. If you're daring to walk around the block, there's a couple of great places to grab some drinks and food. They don't get as crowded as the places on River Street. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. Bronx Drafthouse is a block away, had much better food and cheaper drinks. You can thank me after you come here. Also around the corner are street vendors with hats, shirts and jerseys that look just as good at a fraction of the price. Picked myself ip an aawsome Aaron Judge T-shirt for $10 Know before you go, is the rule here. Awesome stadium to WATCH a game. EXPERIENCE & take in the history that makes being a Yankee fan special. Bring a SEALED bottle of water, they will let that in. Every bathroom has a filtered water refill station. Sealed snacks...you can bring those also. Hotdog? Get one on the street before you come in. The Yankee Stadium experience is generally 5 stars, but today I'm deducting 2 stars for the lack of vegan food. If you Google food options you'll see some vegan options which are underwhelming - peanuts, popcorn, pretzels, French fries?? C'mon... The Nunchas pinto bean empanadas seemed like a nice option though so I set off on my mission, section 105 and I'll be scarfing down vegan goodness... nope, not there as listed on the website. OK, minor setback, let me head to section 232... found the kiosk... it's not operational. The fallback, The Halal Guys falafel, which I've had before and is a great option... off to the bleachers... one person in front of me - good start... ME: "ah, yes, can I get the falafel and make it vegan" VENDOR: "no falafel" Foiled again. OK, previously I've gotten the falafel at the other kiosk, section 321 so I head there. Line is longer here, but no worries, I'm about to get my fix. Couple in front of me seems to be unsure of what they want, I'm trying to figure out if they are going to slow me down when... COUPLE: (indistinguishable audio) VENDOR: (indistinguishable audio) COUPLE: (look of disappointment) ...falafel... ME: no falafel? COUPLE: no falafel ME: they don't have it at the kiosk in the bleachers either. The three of us walk away disappointed and I end up paying over ten bucks for about a potato and a half of French fries. Always a great time at Yankee Stadium. I've been coming for years and there's more to enjoy than just the game. The garlic bread with meatballs, the 99 Burger, chicken fingers with garlic fries, and of course the tiramisu dessert were all hits amongst the group. You can never go wrong with an espresso martini and a few beers to top it off. If you're visiting in the summer and need a break from the heat, check out the Yankees Museum. it's Fall 2024 and the Yankees are once again in the postseason. LET'S GO YANKEES! if you're a Yankee fan or simply a fan of baseball, then watching a game at the Stadium is a must as baseball is a game of tradition and the Yankees are a big part of that history and tradition. while stadium is not like the old one which was steeped in baseball history, the current stadium has carved its own history since 2009 and is baseball + event venue that is as much an experience for casual and non-baseball fans as it is for hardcore fans. pricing can be steep in the Stadium whether its tickets, food, booze, etc. but it's dependent on what you want to do. if you're just there to watch baseball, then ticket pricing is kinda competitive with any comparable modern stadium experience. outside of rivalries like the BoSox or post-season play, tickets via all the online third-party sites (like StubHub) can be had for a decent price especially if you are patient and flexible and buy tickets same-day. having sat in most of the different parts of the stadium from Legends seats, Champions seats, boxed seats/ private suites, bleachers, field level, upper deck, etc. outside of obstructed view seats (which are marked on seating charts)...the views are excellent for the most part and give you clear views of game play. obviously the more you spend, the better the view in most cases but the premium seats come with benefits like food, non-alcoholic beverages, food & beverage service to your seat, private bathrooms, early entrance into the Stadium, etc. there's a bunch of stuff in the stadium like retail stores, tours, etc. that go beyond the game if you want to spend time exploring and buying merchandise. my favorite experience is the the over-the-top Legends Suite Club which is one of the premium game experiences. the biggest part of it is the private dining room which has a crazy elevated menu like serving a buffets of lobster and a ton of seafood to made to order pastas to grilled steak to a sushi bar to dedicated dessert areas and wall of candy as well as many of your favorite game foods like pretzels, hotdogs, and more. the food menu in the Legends Suite Club is totally insane as it is a two floor dining experience with so many different stations as well as adult beverage bars. the Legends Suite Club is really a huge splurge but it is totally worth it even if you do it just once. plus there's a dedicated entrance for Legend seats and you can head into the stadium pretty early to watch batting practice etc. and get situated. the staff are superhelpful and friendly. the stadium really is dedicated to the fan experience and creating an atmosphere for enjoying the game and beyond. watch baseball. it's the national past time! read more

I had a great time with wonderful people and passionate fans. While the food is overpriced, if you enjoy Nathan's chicken and burgers, it's worth trying. I recommend arriving early and leaving as soon as the Frank Sinatra music begins. The crowd leaving the stadium can be very slow, and the traffic from the train station can be quite heavy. read more

This review is for all you folks in the Mid-West who come to New York to watch a Yankee game. I live in Northern New Jersey about 40 minutes from the Bronx via Route 80. It costs me with E-ZPass $14.06 to cross the Hudson River via the George Washington Bridge. Once over the bridge, parking around the stadium is $25 - $35. Street parking is very, very, very limited. The Grand Concourse & Jerome Avenue is your best shot but I doubt you are lucky enough to find a spot. SpotAngels app is free but again you got to get lucky. You can buy a ticket 3 hours before the first pitch. Average ticket price is $89. I bought my ticket online for $111.95. Buying a bottle outside the stadium is going to be cheaper. The stadium holds 46,537 fans. The seating in the stadium is shaped outward like a bowl. This shape sets you back but you are closer to the field. There are few obstructions blocking you view. You can bring water and food into the stadium. Security is tight. They sell the $99 Burger" named after Aaron Judges jersey which is number "99". They sell Sabrett's Hot Dogs. Honestly, it's hard not to feel baseball magic when you're at Yankee Stadium Rivaling Fenway and Wrigley fields, there is nothing like watching Yankee baseball on a cool summer evening! The food is great (iconic chicken bucket) and it's easily accessible via the 4,B,D lines (B only runs until 10pm). Pretty much any seat is a good seat, even up in the nosebleeds. Yankee Stadium is located in Bronx. It's really convenient to get here by subway as to taking an Uber or driving. Tickets can be bought online or 3hrs prior to the start of the game at the box office. The box office is open till the 7th inning on game day. There is an army of police and some roads are blocked off. This can give one a sense of security. I would suggest arriving an hour and half prior to the start of the game. The lines and security checks could take some time. There are lots of food concessions located throughout the park. Take me out to the ball game! read more

The check-in process was quick, the promotional item (Yankees hoodie) was practical and appreciated, the Yankee Museum is a must see, the Yankee hotdog was amazing, and a Yankee win just made the entire evening more enjoyable. Experiencing this stadium for a night game is so different from daytime games. The lighting is exceptional and the "feel" of the fan excitement seems to go up a few notches. This stadium came a longggg way and looks pretty awesome! I was just here my first game of the season against Tampa Bay. We lost but my homegirl and I had a great time! It's best to get here by train if u live in the city. If in NJ, drive to city to friend's house and just train it. The traffic gets sooo bad and parking around the stadium will be a waste of time. Let me just start off by saying that I'm a Red Sox fan and my two favorite stadiums to visit are Fenway Park (of course) and Wrigley Field. Both of these stadiums are considerably old but they're both filled with history and have a vibe like no other. For a franchise as historic and successful as the Yankees were. Their Stadium has no character, no vibe, no atmosphere. All the history and spirit was ripped away from their old stadium and shoved into something that looks identical but newer. My friend and I recently went on a tour of the stadium and we were extremely disappointed. The tour was over $70 and they walked us through the hall way where the suites are located. A place we would've seen if we had tickets to the suites. They didn't even show us the inside of the suites. They took us to monument park, another place fans can visit before the game, and they ended the tour early and told us that we could go visit the museum. The tour didn't include the field, dugout, or any exclusive spots. The tour was unorganized and the guide didn't give much information or details about the organization and its history. read more

First time attending this stadium. Reminds me of Roman coliseum. It's very regal but easy to navigate. There's lifts to access other levels. Multiple vendors and clubs within the stadium. Prices are definitely yankee inflated so be ready to spend money. The food is ok, typical overpriced game food. Sat in the upper level of stadium, which you can view the entire game well. Very active atmosphere. There's money invested here for sure. Restrooms on all levels besides the nose bleeds. Be careful not to bring any glass type material, you might have to toss it or use alternative locker across street. The gate process is fast, you might not need clear but it's good to have a free account for quick access during playoffs. The food is basic, went to the empanada vendor "nuchas empanadas " which is a new here. Ordered one bean and one chicken with fries. The bread was not that good but at least it's an option. The chicken was decent yet the fries were almost perfect, just slight soggy. Still good somehow. But the main event, souvenir tiramisu was not great. (Located 125) It's just tiramisu cake but actually tiramisu. I recommend the soft serve ice cream souvenir. Jarring experience, will attend this stadium again. But will stick to known vendors next time. There's benehana and halal guys, I'll try those options next time. Also the Yankees won again that game. Return soon. read more

Currently on a journey to visit all 30 baseball stadiums. With 6 under my belt, Yankee Stadium is still #1! Their food selection is quite frankly unmatched, especially for the price you pay. Their chicken buckets are always fresh. Loaded tater tots with filet mignon? To die for! Mister Softee in the stadium? Sign me up! They have plenty of bars, so finding a drink is never a problem. They also have store all over the stadium, so you can find souvenirs easily! I also think they have a phenomenally built stadium where all the seats have a pretty good view of the action. The thing is, I have big feelings about Yankee Stadium but they add up to a fully neutral result. The positive is that the greatest team in all of sports plays here. I love the Yankees. Several things bring this down from there though. The concession lines and prices are out of control. Most importantly, this isn't the original Yankee Stadium. They knocked it down a and lost the true sacred ground. The vibes are off and it's less loud. All in all, the home of the GOATs with a lot of minus points. Three stars. read more

The pepsi lounge is incredibly misleading and it's not at all what they advertised definitely not worth the cost. The initial cost is just to get in then that won't let you get to sit in the actual good seats so all the people who bought the normal access have to pack onto 6 tables with 6 seats each and most have to stand so this is absolutely not worth it and the view isn't even that great anyway definitely don't recommend. read more

Came here while on vacation in NY. Stood in manhattan but the subway D line made it super easy to get to. Use the subway to get around! Don't use Lyft or Uber. Too much traffic and you get there so much faster. Plus it's cheaper too! This place is beautiful. It's clean, felt super Safe and prices for items run about the same as in Cali. Enjoyed southern bird fried chicken. Their spicy hot dog la were good but the bread was cold and stale. Eeek. Tons of restrooms that remained stocked throughout the game. read more

I had no idea of the straight vitriol I would receive when I posted a hot dog with ketchup and mustard on my IG story. "KETCHUP ON A HOT DOG?!?!?!" I'm just gonna be honest. I'm not going to not do something I enjoy because of what other people have to say. Especially when they don't have any real reason to back up their claims. I'm used to Dodgers stadium which is a DUMP, so it was a pleasant surprise to enter a well kept stadium. Right after we demolished our glizzys, the guy sitting next to us had this huge bucket of chicken tenders and fries. "Where the hell did you get that..." I said like a vulture circling an animal carcass. He pointed me in the right direction and we ended up getting that bucket for $27, which was honestly pretty reasonable for a baseball game. I was ready to get hit with a $40 piece. It was SO good too. Quality chicken tenders and fries I can't even lie.
