I used Tlamani for a deep clean of my rental unit to transition over to new renters. I paid $450…read morefor the service, but was not present during the cleaning because I had other obligations. Accordingly, I was not there to evaluate the work in real time, but the team assured me that when I was able to make it to the unit to evaluate - if it was not up to my expectations that their work was guaranteed and they would come back. (text exchange attached). The unit was empty - no furniture in the way - so when I showed up to evaluate the work and saw what a terrible job they did I was EXTREMELY disappointed. They didn't clean out the inside of the refrigerator at all - no wiping of the fridge and they literally left a bell pepper behind which subsequently rotted and was covered in mold. They left dirt and debris inside cabinets and drawers. Stains around the toilet. Overall complete disappointment and the unit did not feel cleaned. I texted Tlamani Cleaning to confirm that their cleaning service included inside the refrigerator and cabinets/drawers - they confirmed yes - so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to return to finish the job. They refused to return saying that they completed the job in full, but that her team would "receive a warning". If you're acknowledging that the quality was bad enough to warrant a warning, and you previously said that your "work was guaranteed" - then why not return to complete the job?? So now I'm stuck cleaning the unit myself and will never rely on this company again. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company because they will not complete the job or guarantee their work.

One of the bathrooms was regularly used by an elderly relative, and since they passed away I've tried cleaning it on my own and just given up in frustration. It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now. They made both bathrooms sparkle like new, and I am most appreciative. Abby is calm, professional, hard working and kind. I definitely want to have her back soon to clean the kitchen, and then get a regular routine set up. I'm so glad to have found her.
