I am grateful that D & D was called to take her away. I went down to the tow yard and met Jared and Morgan who had towed it. Their compassion and assistance helping me excavate my belongings during this heartbreaking time was comforting. A few days later I met with them again to remove my aftermarket stereo and even though I brought my own tools, they jumped right in and their expertise and additional tools saved the day! I am forever grateful for their friendy, compassionate and superior service taking care of me during this unexpected and trying time. Be safe and stay well out there. There are kids and pets outside. Carstar corporate was absolutely no help either and referred me back to McMinnville CarStar the same shop that totally devalued my truck. When I took it to Carstar Portland Carstar Portland said it was substandard quality work and could they redo a portion of it to make it look a lot better for around $3000. Improperly mounted truck bed hits on one side of tailgate now. Paint job is absolutely horrendous. Clear coat full of debris that was floating around the shop. Window dies not roll up or down properly. Their work devalued the truck considerably. To bad Brian sold the shop it was great before. They had already had the opportunity to make it right and words are cheap they told the insurance people that they would not do anything. The Portland CarStar said it was terrible work and $3000 would correct most of it. If CarStar McMinnville was legit they would have worked with Portland CarStar to correct their substandard terrible quality work.

I slid 180 degrees landing…read moreme facing the wrong direction on an unknown road on an icy street somewhere in the Newberg/ Hillsboro hills. It was pouring rain, I had little phone service, and I was nervous to sit in my car for fear of it rolling backwards on the big hill and potentially off the road alltogether. I called roadside assistance through my insurance who were not grasping the danger of the situatuon I was in. Therefore, I was quoted 80-110 minute wait time until an unknown tow company would be able to rescue. I called 3 Angels towing, but kept losing service. The wife of this family business immediately texted back with concern and care, which is what I needed in the situation. Within 30 minutes, the husband and daughter were there to get me out and to a nearby gas station in under an hour. They also charged me pennies to all the local tow companies who would've gouged me because I had no other way our of this situation. 3 Angels in right. I think back on this situation and how much worse it could be. I was dealing with some whiplash and shock, but the family made me feel at ease on the drive back. We were even laughing about random things by the end of the drive. They wouldn't accept a tip and were just kind, good people.
