What I really love about this Plenty store is their vast selection of women's & men's fashion, accessories, bags & footwear. Also, the fitting rooms & waiting area is absolutely gorgeous! I'm sure many a boyfriend or hubby wouldn't mind chilling there with a magazine in hand while waiting for their partner. At first, it seemed minor and I assumed it was normal wear. However, by November 2025, I had to replace the jacket because the zipper failed completely and would no longer zip up. I repurchased the same style because I genuinely liked the jacket. Unfortunately, on just the third wear, I started seeing an excessive amount of feathers all over my clothing. Since then, the feather loss has only gotten worse. To make matters more frustrating, the zipper on this replacement jacket has also failed. Both jackets were purchased intentionally with room to layer underneath, so fit was not an issue. At this point, the jacket is essentially unwearable due to severe down leakage and repeated zipper failure. It's disappointing, but I can now understand why this particular jacket is frequently on sale -- the quality simply isn't there.

But as soon as I walked in, no one greeted me or said hi. I walked around for at least 10 minutes picking a handful of clothes and upset that I haven't been acknowledged. The two girls working were talking quite loud of gossip (I didn't care about the details I was just hoping one would notice I'm carrying a pile of clothes). Eventually I just got so tired I said "Can one of you please start me a fitting room", thankfully one of them walked over. As I was browsing the store she did come over once to grab another pile of clothes from me. But no other acknowledgement, no smile or how can I help you? I do understand I look young, I am mixed race, but it's getting absurd that customer service still makes customers feel this way. It was a nice sunny day and I felt so awkward when I feel like I'm bothering staff but barely acknowledging me. And I did notice, every person who walked in after me was greeted and helped. I feel like I look old enough for someone to think I'm in my career, going into a store that I am thankful to afford, and feeling again like I'm a bother in the store.
