We used Yamaguchi for my son's wedding. I will say the flowers were beautiful BUT upon delivery they brought the flowers to the bride's room and when the bride asked " they're going in here?" She got a rude answer of " well they can't be out there, it's hot". The attitude really bothered her. On top of that there was a color of rose that was included that we told them that we didn't want. They told us in our meeting several months back they were out of the color for the trial bouquet we wanted but would order it for the wedding " Well the pinkish rose that we didn't want was included. Yesterday a very kind man from Yamaguchi Florist delivered Christmas flowers on behalf of my son in Florida. The flowers are so fresh, so staggeringly beautiful and were delivered with such care that I don't think I will ever use another florist for local delivery. I cannot speak to value or pricing as I have no idea how much my son spent. Regardless, they must have paid very close attention to my son's directions because all of my favorites are here. Even sunflowers which, to my knowledge, are not a traditional Christmas flower. I should probably be cleaning something or getting a jump on tomorrow's baking but I just can't pull myself away from these gorgeous flowers. Oh! Susie was a dream to work with. Her fees were highly competitive. I was over the moon happy with the final product. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, everything was lovely. Our daughter wanted wood accents so Yamaguchi built walnut stained boxes for the centerpieces and then built a similar style cake stand for the 4 tier wedding cake. In addition to the wedding flowers, at the last minute, we asked Susie to provide simple wildflower arrangements in various glass bottles and vases for the rehearsal dinner.
