I made an appointment to return thats when I got the most attention I described above ! Don't get me wrong they spent time with me that first visit too!!Yael will not let you leave or she'll call you immediately if she thinks your not happy !! Remember to shake out your wig turn it upside down spray it slightly with the water and conditioner spray put your fingers through the hair to make sure their are no knots in the hair and place it back o the head they gave you and pin it just make sure its the right spot! The reviews are accurate, and I am beyond elated with the most gorgeous, most natural looking real hair wig that could easily be my own hair. The color is absolutely a perfect match and Tammy styled it so perfectly, adding more hair to the twin peak line.
