The reviews are accurate, and I am beyond elated with the most gorgeous, most natural looking real hair wig that could easily be my own hair. I walked in, we chatted for a few minutes and I showed her a pic of how I normally wear my hair. The first wig she put on and I looked just like myself. it was astonishing!! She cares about her customers, and wants them to feel great when they walk out the door. She also gave me more information, about when my hair would start falling out, than anyone else had. Because of her I was not blindsided when it started. I was expecting it. She helped me fill out the paperwork for my insurance company too so I could get reimbursed ASAP! After wearing the wig for the first time, the hair was a little long around my face. I went back to Cathy and she cut more bangs into the wig and framed my face. it is now perfection. I pull in into a barrette, which is what I did with my own hair and even my husband and son forget I have no hair (for now:)) I will be making another appointment for a shorter wig for when my hair starts growing again so I can transition from long wig to short wig to short hair! My only downside was I have a $40 deposit even though it says $35 again I really don't mind the $5 difference, but I gave her a 2 day notice that I will be unable to make it and didn't receive my deposit back. I didn't know this when booking as it was nowhere on the site. When I checked back after it seems like it was added. I doubt this was for me, maybe other people thought the same thing just wish I knew beforehand, but I know now. I would still be willing to try it out again and see how that goes, they look like they do great work.
