I walked in, we chatted for a few minutes and I showed her a pic of how I normally wear my hair. The first wig she put on and I looked just like myself. it was astonishing!! She cares about her customers, and wants them to feel great when they walk out the door. She also gave me more information, about when my hair would start falling out, than anyone else had. Because of her I was not blindsided when it started. I was expecting it. She helped me fill out the paperwork for my insurance company too so I could get reimbursed ASAP! After wearing the wig for the first time, the hair was a little long around my face. I went back to Cathy and she cut more bangs into the wig and framed my face. it is now perfection. I pull in into a barrette, which is what I did with my own hair and even my husband and son forget I have no hair (for now:)) I will be making another appointment for a shorter wig for when my hair starts growing again so I can transition from long wig to short wig to short hair! Each time, I was asked to provide the same information, despite prior chats and confirmation that the return had already been received. I was told I would get an update within 24 hours--days went by with no communication. Only after reaching out again was I finally told the refund would be processed. While I did eventually receive confirmation, I was disappointed to see that shipping was deducted, even though I had already paid to send the item back. After all the delays and lack of follow-through, that felt like poor business practice. Customer service should not require this level of persistence just to get a resolution. The lack of communication, repeated runaround, and having to chase my own refund made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
