I am so glad I went with my gut and got my hair cut from here. The first woman who greeted me, I think Su, was so lovely and accommodating as I was a walk in. She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it. I'm not going to lie I've tried other hair dressers and having blonde highlights- it's always a bit of a headache. I'll often get spots, too many highlights, too many low lights sometimes an orangey color. However, I never get that with Damian. I try to let him change my hair up a bit now and then and I'm always happy with the direction he takes it. He gives a great haircut- from beautiful long layers to sexy little bobs! Yes! I allow only one human being to touch my hair and her name is Claudia. She is the only person to touch my hair for the last two decades( I am 26 and my hair has been long since I was 9). Majority of the people that go to her are recommended by others like myself. People from the neighborhood who know how good they are at this salon.
