First time using Yale Cleaners at this location. Don't bother coming here. I picked up my comforter and it smelled horrible. It's a chemical/ rotten smell- almost like the left it in the washer for a week or dropped it in chemicals. Very disappointed. read more

Clothes have had a horrendous chemical smell on them from multiple locations. I have a batch of items on their third reclean now that I just want cleaned and returned. Corporate does not return calls and no follow up to resolve other than being told they will clean again. So far that is not removing smell. read more

Absolutely the worst service! Destroyed my shirt by breaking the top portion of the brooch that was attached to it. Also completely destroyed my suit jacket with new stains on the sleeves and stretched the inner lining of it. Not caring attitude at all! read more

Use this cleaners at your own risk. After tearing a dress shirt (which they denied) they refused to make it right . Unfortunate seeing my wife and I have been customers for years. More than the loss of a shirt is the disrespect of being told you, the loyal customer is lying. Drive through is backward. Makes no sense for me to lean across the car and try to talk to someone through the passenger window. When I pull in the correct way, so my window is right next to the store they always make me pull out and turn around. Even if I'm the only car. This bothers me enough to find another dry cleaner. Needed a suit, shirt and tie pressed or steamed to remove wrinkles from being crammed into a suitcase. Of course I needed it ASAP. Went to a couple of other places and no luck. Walked into Yale cleaners and was greeted with a big smile from Tasha at the counter. In short, Tasha? and the other lady took care of it all and did it right away. Horrible service and rude managers. I got my comforter cleaned here and it started smelling horrible afterwards. I called and they said they would redo it so I dropped it off. I then get a call back asking who I talked to, acting like I am trying to lie to get my comforter cleaned for free. She said she would talk to her manager and I never heard back so I figured they were cleaning it. They text me 3 days later saying it was done, I pick it up and it has not been cleaned, said that it was out of their time frame to redo it. It would have been annoying for them to tell me that in the first place but I'm even more frustrated they kept it for days without telling me when I could have gone somewhere else and had a fresh comforter by now read more

Took a down comforter to be dry cleaned as the tag indicated. When I picked it up, it was packed neatly in a plastic bag. When I got home and opened the bag, it was wet and smelled of mildew. When I called to inquire, the worker said she didn't know what mildew was and they always wash instead of dry clean comforters "unless it specifically says not to" to which I said there is a large tag that says "dry clean only" in all caps (which is why I took it to them and asked specifically for it to be dry cleaned). She said "i don't know what to tell you." She did offer for me to bring it back to be redone, but my confidence wasn't high at that point, so I submitted a complaint directly via their website to hopefully speak to a manager. I was called a few days later. They proceeded to tell me that the person is new, humans make mistakes, but she didn't do anything wrong, she did exactly what she was supposed to do, but just needed to learn to let them dry longer. I get that humans make mistakes, but they spent 10 minutes arguing that they didn't do anything wrong and just need to wash it again. I preferred a refund for the services, as at this point I didn't want to go back to do more business with them, and they refused. Needless to say I will never go back. If they had just from the beginning apologized and owned up to it instead of arguing at every step, I honestly wouldn't have cared. But very shocked and disappointed by how this was handled. read more

I brought in this sweater that had started pilling and asked if they could fix it, and I honestly think it came back worse than when I took it in.. sitting here pulling the fuzz off with my fingers is more effective than whatever they did. I also had some dirt marks from my old dryer on a few shirts and they gave those back with the same stains on them. My suit coat and other stuff seemed fine though. It seemed kind of pricey, but didn't get an itemized receipt (I guess that's my fault) and nobody called when they were ready.. but maybe that's how things work out here? I'll probably go elsewhere from now on. read more

I dropped off a suit jacket for dry cleaning and removal of a small stain on the collar lapel yesterday (09/22/15) at lunch time, and I returned today (09/23/15) at lunch time and was told that my jacket wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until after 5 PM. When I asked if there were any notes made on my drop off specifically referencing the small stain for which I brought the jacket in, I was told that they didn't know and weren't sure. This response was highly unprofessional. I don't want to come back after 5 PM or even tomorrow (2 days later) and not have this problem taken care of. That's the reason I brought it in. This was terrible service especially considering that the motto of Yale Cleaners is "Same Day Dry-Clean" service and "In by 12, out by 5." Well, apparently not. I am very disappointed and will be taking my dry cleaning business elsewhere as well as telling others that I know to avoid using Yale Cleaners for their dry cleaning and other needs. Unprofessional and unnacceptable. 09/23/2015 (Follow-Up Call & Meeting) After having an initial unpleasant experience with the service at this location, I received a prompt phone call from the manager named Loraine (not sure of the spelling?). On my voicemail she apologized profusely for the unsatisfactory customer service I had recieved and asked me to ask for her when I picked up my suit jacket that I had brought in earlier to have dry cleaned. Upon arriving to pick up my belongings, I spoke to Loraine and she explained Yale Cleaners' commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. She was very polite, cordial and apologetic. She was also very understanding and professional in my interaction with her, which I greatly appreciate. I was quite impressed with her kind demeanor and professional attitude in addressing my complaint(s). I had brought in my suit jacket to have it dry cleaned and to have a food stain removed from the right collar lapel. When I picked up my jacket, the stain was noticeably faded but still visible. Loraine then offered to have it redone and dry cleaned instead of only spot-cleaned and took care of the price I was charged for the service! She also explained that they do not guarantee that they will be able to remove a stain but that they will certainly try their best to do so without damaging the fabric. She generously waived the charge for the service as an extended apology for my earlier experience with other staff members at this location. Once again, I was highly impressed with her and after thoughtful consideration I have decided to give Yale Cleaners another chance to earn my business. I was also contacted by the President of Yale Cleaners here on Yelp where I had left a review of my experience. He was also very professional in his response, and as a result, I am modifying my review to reflect the welcome change in how I was treated as a customer. Both Loraine and John made me feel like a valued customer and for that, I am very appreciative. Thank you to Yale Cleaners and its professional and understanding management. They certainly know how to appropriately handle a problem and resolve it in a timely manner. read more

I've used Yale Cleaners in Sapulpa for apprx. 37 years. I think they owned them when it was known as Renwood Cleaners, at least for a while. My last interaction with them this past week was not the best and it seems their help has been turning over lately also. Not sure if that's relative or not. Bottom line, I was told the price and I said, "with my coupons, that makes xxx." She said we don't take coupons any longer. A half minute later, she went to the back and brought out the "manager", I suppose. He said that also and past management didn't do things correctly, blah, blah. Well, that would have been Yale management as they've owned it for quite a number of years now. I proceeded to write my check, as I've done for all those years, and he said, "we don't take checks anymore." I said I've been a customer for 37+ years and I'll pay full $ but you've lost a customer & gave him my credit card. As he walked off, he said, "I'm" sorry to hear that." I said, "I know you are." That manager could use additional HR training. read more

I took a beautiful dress here that I was afraid may be completely hopeless, but I had to give it a shot. It had a pen stain on the front, some sort of food stain on the back, and the lining was all jumbled and didn't look right. It was white silk and had a TON of delicate bead work on it, so I knew it would be a challenge. I wish I remember the lady's name who helped me, because she was amazing, but I forgot! Anyways, she told me it would need special attention, and there were no guarantees, so I would have to sign a waiver. It was possible it could turn out worse than when I brought it in. But the dress had so much potential and it really could not be worn the way it was, so I had to give it a shot. When I came to pick it up a couple days later, I almost cried when I saw how beautiful it looked! Every stain came out, the bead work was all in tact, and the lining was straight.
