Took some time to speak with the young man that was helping me. He was really nice. He explained that when you have premium honey, you need to only take a spoonful a day to receive healing benefits. Sampled fresh brewed Arabian coffee and a honey almond cake. Very nice flavors. There were also coffee husks on the counter. I had to inquire about their purpose; boy did I get a lesson. You brew one tablespoon per day and drink it as a tea. If you must use a sweetener it can only be honey. Coffee husks are good for headaches, menstrual cramps, inflammation, weight loss and more. I purchased a half pound for 3$. I'll let you know. I also purchased coffee for my husband. I love the way they grind the blend; extra dark beans, light beans, cardamom and cloves. The frosting was not like the butter cream. I am used to it. It was a lighter frosting and perhaps it was butter cream but I can't be sure. The filling was not custard. It was the same frosting is on the outside of the cake. The royal icing decorations were not edible. And there was no merry Christmas written across the cake. When I questioned her about the filling she went in the back of the store and I guess she pretended to look at something and came out, so Yep vanilla just like the picture. I remember the conversation verbatim plus I wrote down my own notes. And when I got home, sure enough, it was supposed to be buttercream frosting And custard filling.
